This was Jan 2009. Any idea where he is at with it now? If what he says is true then the implications are astronomic!

I wouldn't mind getting a copy of that CD he's waving and trying out the plan. Reporting treason and reporting police for treasonous failure to report treason.... I like it! Thing is though, it's f**king true! |

Unfortunately for all of us is that the statute of limitations states that if the crime is not reported within three years , there is no case. If the crime occurred outside of the UK then the statute of limitations doesn't apply. The best bet is to after Brown for signing the Lisbon treaty. |

Mr Burgess is Barking up the wrong tree. I think John Tyndall tried to pull this stunt in the 1970s. The government ministers are protected by an amendment to the treason act. Any sensible constitutional expert would blow some Europe size holes in his theory in 30 seconds. It was all covered when succession to the EEC was going through parliament. Good idea but it isn't a realistic one unfortunately. |

That's a shame Edit: Then again. If he had gone to all the trouble of reading up on constitutional law and all the trouble of causing so much grief then why did he or anybody else not point this out to him? Why did something so important escape him? In any case when was there a statute of limitations for crimes committed in this country? |
