This will be the first time I will vote for a national government (just turned 18) and wondered if anybody could answer my questions: How do I know if I'm on the electoral role? How do I get on it if I'm not? How can I find out who's running in my area? Cheers lads! |

You'll get a polling card with the address of your local polling station on it. I got mine today. Don't worry if you lose this card because you can still vote on the day just tell them your name and address and they'll tick you off a list. Take ID just in case. Who you vote for is up to you entirely. Just don't vote for any of them twats in LibLabCon unless you want more of the same.

Yeah, I got a polling card for the local elections, but none for the main ones yet. I'm thinking about voting ukip, but don't know if they're running in my area? I've been told to vote tories and BNP so far, it's annoying that we're all splitting our votes! I wish the public would wise up and all vote UKIP in. Edited by avfc1982, Apr 15 2010, 07:12 PM.

A vote for anyone other than the LibDems or Greens would be a waste. UKIP & the BNP are headless chickens, Labour & the Tories are annoying fuds. |
