Years and years of leftists stigmatizing us! It's the same all over scandinavia, and the rest of europe too! A well used (if not overused) tactics against all that might oppose the drastic changes in their countries. |

I suppose it would depend on the job you do. As people assume we are linked to the BNP, it is not allowed if you are a teacher, prison officer, policeman etc. |

Some people are rightly concerned about their jobs - especially if they have family. Most companies would not use the fact that you are linked to the EDL as the reason for your dismissal. It would be something like `redundancy` or they are `cutting back due to the current climate`. They could and probably would use any reason - but they know they couldn`t get away with `you were at an EDL demo` - your out. |

Most of the people that I work with said "fair play". When all is said and done if you are going to demo's and behaving yourself and not getting arrested or hurting anybody then what concern is it of your employer? I'm sure my employer knows by now. They haven't said anything yet but if they do I won't Surrender to them tossers either!

I'm open with friends and work colleagues and tell them I support the EDL Any accusations of racism etc I deal with face to face...I also point them to this website to further confirm we are not racist |

If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack. Winston Churchill | |

I was a lot more open about it when I first joined, then I got advised to tone it down a bit and keep it more quiet. |

I think alot depends on whether you've been a university student within the last 7 years. If you have then chances are that you and everyone you influence are going to be of the belief that if your either (-White, a football supporter of any team lower than the prem- vote bnp or celebrate st georges day) then you are a Nazi. I know that's the impression I get from recent graduates. I'm lucky enough to work with older chaps who dislike all immigration and all islamification. Good ol' boys lol |
