Why? They're the ones that wanted independence. I don't know about living conditions during colonisation but I'm pretty sure it was alot better than it is now. But then again many that was Mugabes intention in the first place, he doesn't give a f**k about Zimbabwe, all he cares about is himself. |

The discrimination is not just against the whites in South African and Zimbabwe. It's against the Coloureds (and before anyone gets on my case that's what the mixed-race people in those parts of the world call themselves (or as in Zims - Goffels) and the asians. In Zimbabwe, no coloured, asian or white holds a position of authority (apart from a couple of token whites in the parliament and that's guaranteed under the constitution)). Only black africans can hold positions of authority and so there is a kind of inverted racism going on in Zimbabwe and it's beginning to happen in South Africa and Namibia too. |
