Any pagans up for the sunrise, today is vernal equinox. The day will be exactly as long as the night. (only happens twice a year :anyone:

I don't celebrate, per se, but strongly recognise it from the astronomical perspective.

I'm not in the habit of celebrating an astronomical occurence, I see that as a primitive thing of the past; which would soon be seen as a divine act of some sort.

Uh.. It was rather nice here in Norway, a touch of fog, but otherwise fine.
I use to take a beer outside and drink during the sunrise. ;)

Good to see some apprecation of the cycles of the planets on this forum! I was up to celebrate the turn of the year too, as I am every equinox.

Yeah! What a celebration! Ostara! or easter? The Hare, the Eggs! They've all been handed down from our pagan-heathen ancestors! The wheel of the year is particularly significant in our Sacred Isle of Britain, and the seasonal celebrations can still be found if you tune in!!! Check out May Day in Padstow, every Englishman should attend at least once in his lifetime! Pilgeimage! continue the rich tapastry of our cultural heritage!!! Blessedf Be! Child of Albion! AAA Pagan Division!

I'm Pagan, and always recognise the Cycles of Life. :)

No hassles with Christian etc... EDL folk - we just have to agree to disagree re: religion!
