Having a BIG flag is one thing, but HEIGHT is KING in the world of demos. There are many telescopic poles you can get these days, from fishing shops and the like. These are best. Seeing a flag flown high at a demo is great, it makes 1 person stand out from 1000. So imagine a couple of hundred of us with flags flying high, it would look like a new crusade has started. 5ft X 3FT Flags are the best, light and easy to fold up afterwards.

i used to use the 2 bottom sections of a 14ft beachcaster wrapped up in black gaffer tape in the 80's. I carried it in 2 sections in a bin liner then put it together when a march got underway I dont think the cops would allow that these days. |
