We make a nice cup of tea. On a serious note: The British workforce has played a massive role in developing this country, Europe, and the world as a whole enabling all to climb out of the dark ages when poverty was the norm in all societies, multiple child deaths were expected in most families, appalling nutrition and a complete lack of education. Britain has been a leading light in the world for years and year and a great deal of the credit for this can be given to the Great British worker. The vast majority of the British workforce is diligent, extremely well educated/trained by global standards and able to adapt to constant change. We have a lot to be proud of and the world has a lot to thank us for. Take Britain out of the equation and the world would still be in the bloody dark ages. I repeat, the issue is not the British worker, it is the terms upon which they must now compete. Last time I will say that I do not blame the British worker, British business, Immigrant worker. I blame the government that has let the British worker down. |

am not having a go at you mate but its an obvious point that "WE " are our own worst enemy ! "critisize but just not ourselves "! until we look into our failings or "our governments failings" then we cant attack the weak . |

Nope. You have consistently blamed the government. I think we are both basically saying the same thing. Sometimes people need things explaining a few times as when people feel passionately about something they look at a post but don't read the words properly. They just make an assumption that you are saying something they disagree with. Done that myself a few times. |

Not taken that way ,the govts use migration to fuel division in the labour market, and they achieve the result they want and it takes our eye off the ball. Do you know DFW from cumbria. Tj |
