I'm trying to stir-up tensions!
|
I received this from a friend who knows somebody in the prison service. Last month I attended my annual training session for > maintaining my > security clearance in the prison service. > There was a presentation by three speakers from the Roman > Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained > their beliefs. > > I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had > to say about the basics of Islam, complete with > video. > > > > > After the presentations, question time. I directed my > question to the Imam and asked: > > > > > 'Correct me if > I'm wrong, but I understand that most Imams and > clerics of Islam have declared a Holy War against the > infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, > (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of > a place in > heaven. > > > > If that's the case, > can you give me the definition of an infidel?' > > There was no disagreement with my statement and, without > hesitation, he replied, 'Non-believers!' > > I responded, 'So, let me make sure I have this > straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded > to kill everyone who is not a follower of Allah, > so they can have a place in heaven. Is that > correct?' > The expression on his face changed from one of authority to > that of 'a little boy who had just been caught with > his hand in the biscuit tin.' > > He sheepishly replied, 'Yes.' > > I then stated, 'Well, I have a real problem > trying to imagine Pope Benedict commanding all Catholics to > kill Muslims, or the Archbishop of Canterbury ordering all > Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a > place in > heaven!' > > The Imam was speechless! > > I continued, 'I also have a problem with being > your 'friend' when you and your brother clerics are > telling your followers to kill > me! > > > > Let me ask you a > question. Would you rather have your Allah, who tells > you to kill me in order for you to go to heaven, or my Jesus > who tells me to love you because He will take me to > heaven and He wants you to be there with me?' > > > > > You could have heard a > pin drop as the Imam remained speechless. > > Needless to say, the organizers of the Diversification' > seminar were not happy with this way of exposing the truth > about the Muslims' beliefs. > > Within twenty years, i.e.. 2030, there will be > enough Muslim voters in the > U.K. > > > > To elect a government of > their choice, complete with Sharia law > > Everyone in the U.K. Should be required to read this, but > with the current political paralysis, tolerant justice > system, liberal media and p.c. Madness, there is no way this > will be widely publicised. > > Please pass this on to all your e-mail contacts. > > John Harrison MBE. MIDSc > > The above meeting happened in > London. |

I don't want to pass cold water over this, but I've seen a similar thing from the US prison service and it was a christian Pastor talking to an Imam. I think it's the same thing dressed up for the UK.... |

I have seen this also, but the population angle is not too far wrong. In Holland (where I work) the 4 major cities do not have long to go before they have muslim majorities. Rotterdam already has a muslim mayor, ironically Amsterdam has a jewish mayor. This is almost amusing as the biggest rivalry in Dutch football is between Feyenoord (Rotterdam) and Ajax (Amsterdam). This population swing is worrying as once the islamics are in power, sharia will inevitably take over. Slowly at first but it will happen, God help the Dutch and the rest of us, an islamic state in western europe. This is not scaremongering but reality. The politicians call us racists but they are fooling everyone else and encouraging islamists at every turn. Woe betide anybody who critices islam, but to criticise our long held Judaeo - Christian values is Ok, even seen as cool by the lefties. Whilst I do not agree with homosexuality, prostitution and drugs (3 staples of Amsterdam life) the alternative regime norms of sharia are the stuff that nightmares are made of. It is a backward, stone age law with total discrimination against women first and foremost and then all others who do not abide by the word of Allah - open to whatever interpretation the so called clerics wish to impose. It frustrates and scare me that we are being lied to constantly and our inherent rights are gradualy being ceded to islam, with some sharia courts already operating in the UK, albeit on a small scale. Although this article is apocryphal, it smacks of truth. We should all be worried. |

The opening post and its content are worth remembering, when in casual chats about Isalm I tend to drop this sort of thing in. What transpires is the person is just repeating what he has been told without thinking about the consequences. The usual escape route is to say, it depends how the koran is interpreted, as with the bible. Many religions use the words of their holy books to suit their agenda. But regardless, that type of phrase needs to be kept public so everyone can judge for themselves. As for a muslim Mayor, who voted him in? Someone somewhere has to put the person in place, it is up to you and me to keep an eye on these matters and make our voice heard. It gets tricky when, as in my case, the Govt offer a muslim candidate, they know they will win at the elections so we get a muslim MP. Thankfully he'll be gone (not becoz muslim but no good for our city) and has already squealed about being from the ethic minorities and essential, wants to keep his seat more like. My cows are a reminder of the destruction by the UK Govt/DEFRA of our long standing dairy farming industry. So please all members, think before you reply, if you only have silly schoolboy answers, leave it to the others who can answer in a civil way. (copied from Admin Ali) - let's try and put brains back into Britain. | |

In the Netherlands, we don't get to vote our mayors. They are appointed. Aboutaleb is a PVDA (Dutch equivalent of Labour) representative. |
