My constituency: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chesham_and_Amersham_%28UK_Parliament_constituency%29 As you can see it's a majorly tory controlled however UKIP and Green are possibly growing and have some growing minority support. 1. From the last general election, 2005, the Labour candidate for my constituency was that Rupa Huq woman, she is a bangladeshi muslim doing some web research so I wouldn't go near liebour one bit. 2. Yesterday I had a browse at some of these uk parliament constituencies on Wikipedia in especially the greater london area, buckinghamshire (my county) and some known bnp/muslim areas up north and in Birmingham. I noticed a lot of lib dem candidates had muslim names, in fact, just as many as Labour candidates, therefore like i've said before I wouldn't touch the liberal muslimcrats with a barge-pole, they are more or the less the same as labour, just a smaller, crapper version. 3. I've noticed there's no BNP candidate or English democrats candidate in my constituency, so that means i'll probably be voting UKIP if not tory just to give cameron more of a lead so brown has no chance of winning (even if it's just my 1 vote) 4. Can you vote in a different constituency? As a friend told me you can, however my mum told me yesterday you can't and that you can only vote in the constituency you live in, that would make sense I guess. If you could vote in a different constituency I may well vote in my Gran's constituency which has some anti-immigration candidates i'll put it that way from about 2 different parties. If anyone could answer question 4 though that would be great, well the other's aren't questions. |

You can vote in a constituency where you either live or work, nowhere else. If it is not where you pay Council Tax you will probably have to explain why you want to vote elsewhere. |
