A very good web site to learn how to protect your rights from the law.

The site was put together by John Harris who is teaching people what law really means .The difference between statutes and law. Many people do not know the difference.

Yes my mate got a pcn of some traffic wrden and explained to him that he was not breaking statute law. He went to court and explained due to the bill of rights of {1866 i think} it was illegal to present him a fine befor he had been to court .So he had case dismissed.

Also by writting 49 on a letter to a friend in prison means guards are not allowed to open it up lol. Dont really know how this works .

Just had a look. Some interesting things on there but I don't know how many would stand up in a court of law.The Council Tax template is an old one and they will never accept it as in all honesty it is completely nonsensical.A lot of those letters will work well against small debt collecting agencies that don't have a proper legal department and rather than pay a solicitor to read the letter will find it cheaper to write the debt off.
