Just reading through some of the Equality Bill and I found this interesting piece, where Harriet Harman has is that firms may go too far and start to record how many ethnic minority women they employ,

"Currently larger employers record gender ratios and the number of ethnic minority people they employ, which can be used as a defense at tribunals. But to defend against dual discrimination claims regarding both gender and race, employers could feel it necessary to overhaul these systems to record the number of ethnic minority women, which could prove costly."

This to may says they are s**t scared of the British public finding out exactly how many muslim women in this country actually go out and work.
I woman we met on holiday a few years ago was high up in the benefits service in Scotland, she told us she came to Sheffield quite often for meeting, when we got talking further she told us the 90% of muslim women in the Uk are on benefits of some kind or another and that it was a big cover up by the department as the news to us would not look very good.
