http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5y2-U6Ll1Q this wasn't heard on sky sports so i'm guessing the volume was turned down in expectance of celtic fans. i'm not surprised really |

as i've already said it's not surprising. but some celtic fans fought and died in the wars, you would at least think they respect that. arseholes. but to be fair a lot of celtic fans feel the same and are disgusted |

The silence is to remember all those who died in war - just shows their ignorance and lack of intelligence. Not restricted to them - I was at Glasgow airport at 11 and the minutes silnce was pre advised then announced over the PA. Some guy (Scottish, respectable looking, about 55/60) was on his mobile as all those around him were silent (including those in the Celtic shop) just kept his conversation going. Gave him the death stare throughout and for a good few minutes afterwards. Was so mad couldn't let myself comfront him. |

Also, those fans purporrt to be staunch Catholics - don't they realise that thos esoldiers now giving their lives in the fight against Al Quiada are protecting their right to worship? Do they think if extremist Islam comes to Britain (and Eire) they will be the ones being persecuted? Who will fight for them then? Pricks |

As I said before, I don't excuse these idiots who boo during a minutes silence. I am a Celtic fan, I am ashamed about these idiots. As I've stated before as well both sides Loyalists and Repuclians are vile, mostly uneducated, knuckledragging dumbf**ks and BOTH sides should be strung up from the lamp posts in George Square so normal people don't have to go through their sectarian crap all the time. |

Ah yes, here we go, the enlightened one chants. I'm not offended, I don't like any religous organisation/affiliation. I just think your a fool. Why campaign against Sharia Law, you will just replace it with something just as oppressive! |

Erm wrong there. I think you'll find most Scots (Celtic are a scottish team), have family who fought in the WW's and Falklands and Iraq etc etc etc etc Yes are you are free to say what you want, many Celtic scottish soldiers died so you can have that right. My Grandfather was one of them. As is openly and oftenly publicy commented on both Celtic and Rangers have sections of thugs following them, it's virtually impossible to control the away support. It's been a problem both teams have been having since the day dot. Not acknowledging any minutes silence is deplorable and there is no excuse for it. Neither there is there any excuse for religous intolerance. As for your desire to f**k the pope, well it takes all sorts personally I'll stick to females thankfully it's a free world. |
