Ragging .an Indian social problem..

I was looking at NDTV24x7.and a news headline appeared,RAGGING,its is a big problem in the colleges etc It is carried out by senior students on second year students..they use hockey sticks and other crude weapons to injure and it usually end up in multiple broken bones....A senior police officer was interviewed and they showed a warning notice with the word RAGGING in big letters ..I haven't got a link ,but look it up ..they are off there little heads..well broken ones....
