On Leekin's request, I have added a poll to the topic. - AOE.

anybody seen the news this morning? 5 of our soldiers have died this morning by afgan police, the men we trained.its been said that the polie turned on them when we was un armed in a check point.i ask you all do you feel that our brave soldiers over there should come home and diffend our land closer to home, im an ex serving soldier who served over in helmand and send a message to you that we will never forget wot your doing for us. so should we diffend back at home? :(
I take my large hat off to those who wana defend England with their lives, but that isn't the case in Iraq and Afghanistan. What our brave soldiers are doing is fighting for monetry gain.

What they should be doing is patrolling our borders stopping illegals coming here and defending English people on our streets because the far left don't want to.

I don't know what a protest outside 10 downing street will achieve, GB wont act on it, Labour didn't act when millions marched against the war. It may raise the EDL's profile, but it may dent it.

The blunt truth is that we've got to get a political party into enough Parliamentary power to force the issue of supporting our troops properly. Either that or we down tools, or our brave troops down tools in enough numbers and insist on doing what they should be doing.

Our brave soldiers have families at home, they suffer the down side of not being protected by our troops. It seems perfectly logical to me, that our soldiers should now realise that they don't fight for the good of the people, but for a greedy cartel consisting of the monarch, bankers and most elected Parliamentary officials.

The English must learn to rule themselves.
if you feel it wont work standing outside parliment then thats fine,so how do you feel it will make our brave feel us doing this for them? its about time we do something, know matter how small, as an ex service man it would go a lot further than you think.

Honestly I'm of the frame of mind that even if it does nothing, the fact we try shows our support and I'm sure many will appreciate it.

FULL STORY AND VIDEO ABOUT THIS EVIL TREACHERY
Posted Image
High-profile dissident republican Colin Duffy, (On Left carrying poster)who murdered two soldiers sappers Patrick Azimkar and Mark Quinsey prior to their posting to Afghanistan.

He also murdered two policemen in Lurgan whilst disguised as a woman. He wallked up behind them and shot them unsuspecting in the head.

This scumbag never faced those he murders like a man always like the coward he is never in a fair fight.

That is exactly whats happened today in Afghanistan. #

His sidekick is fellow anti-Orange parades agitator Brendan McCkenna (on the right with glasses) who bombed the Royal British Legion in Portadown and opposes the Orangemen of the town who belong to an Ex Servicemens Orange lodge completing their annual Battle of the Somme commemmoration via the Garvaghy Road from Drumcree.

Our soldiers know EDL members love them. By protesting outside downing, all you do is add support for the war. We need to encourage our soldiers to stop "fighting" for the wrong cause and stop others joining up because they don't have a job or a career.
The crazyness is, most of the soldiers out there actually believe they're doing a good thing, and/or just like that kind of situation, but bit by bit, more n more coalition troops are realising the madness of it all.

I want them in England rounding up the illegals and muslim extremists etc, not risking their lives so the oil and weapon cartels can get richer. The british public go to work, pay taxes and some of that pays the debt granted to us from BANKERS loans to "fight the war on terror" :'(

ITS ABSOLUTE MADNESS ON A GRAND SCALE.

Iraq or afghanistan are not worth one British life. Confine our troops to base (as most of our E.U. partners do) until we can withdraw asap. Kick out ALL Afghans and Iraqis from Britain and place our troops on guard on our OWN borders. Let them sort their own country out. A definate yes to march outside parliament, with an election coming up in the spring, just before christmas is the time

It's not like the lads don't already know that half the country are bed wetting liberals, but it would be good for their morale to see those who aren't in front of Parliament and fighting their corner.

Brown has no policies, his Government is guided by headlines and is entirely reactive to the media. Sustained negative (to him) press coverage about pretty much any subject activates the knee jerk populist response from the Downing Street propaganda machine.

Everyone in this country knows full well the Government are shafting the Armed Forces and it's been happening during an entire decade of sustained overseas combat operations. It shows the utter contempt our fighting men and women are held in by the political class and sadly, they are the only ones that can fix it.

Shame them, how could they?

Is it possible that the troops out in Iraq and Afghanistan could hold a similar (thankyou?) protest at the same time, or is that just wishful thinking? Because if they could, it would give huge credence to the EDL cause and it would show a unique form of soldier/citizen solidarity.

I would like to say thanks to them and I think that anyone who turns up to disrupt such an event would be seen for what they are, If the UAF turned up it would kill them off.
Some one should write to the Sun and ask them to back us.
