Physical Features: 6'0", Slightly slim but muscular build, pale skin, pale blue eyes, long black hair.
Others: Smoker. Has a bit of a dark demeanor but still, morally speaking, more good than bad.

How about, as a special effect, right after Ashes drank the blood, and while he still has the blood in his system, his eyes get red??? (yes, yes, I am kidding... well... sort of)

This character
Formally a CSI dead body investigator type guy, but by the end of his intro-bio thing, he is actually an agent for the Comapny.
I suppose his location depend on whereever they send him. As for a home base of operations...hm. I guess Texas.

Lune, I actually got a good idea from your "kind of a suggestion but not really" suggestion. I think if he gets too many powers at once, his veins could start pulsing through his skin. Now that'd be scary S H I T.
