Although not that important, at least edit your post to add your character's location and occupation.

I like it!

Can I tell you what I see as a possible superpowerful power development that is still different from Peter's power?

Remember the baby of my character's stories? Baby Arthur. Well, he increased everyone's power within his radius, right? Well, that's because he was a baby and - brace yourself - couldn't really use the powers himself! My idea is that he was like Tony, and that he could mimic the powers from the others. But he didn't have to mimic and increase only in his own body. :D What he was doing is that he was repeating the people's powers on and on, but instead of taking them himself, he didn't know how to do that, it wasn't a conscious use of power, so he kept the copied powers in their original source.

So in
1) an alternate future or
2) completely non canon stories

I could see your character both copying powers from a villain and from a fellow hero, but instead of taking to himself too the copy of his fellow hero, he could make for that short period of time his partner be twice as powerful, and they could take the villain down together. I don't think this would work on the RPG itself, but I think characters are allowed to play god in the non-canon and have no memory of it, right?
