Humans: Although not always peaceful towards dragons, humans are very important to dragons (if only as a food source). They are the most common people to Impress Pernese dragons. Elves: Generally neutral to dragons. Impression is very rare. Draconians: Draconians vary greatly in appearance. Impression is rare. Mobians: Sonic-verse characters. Vary tremendously. Hold dragons in high regard, and Impression, although still rare, happens more frequently. That's it for now.
