And so it begins. The half saiyan warrior lay flat on his back regretting deeply challenging someone of greater strength. Who was this person that was stronger than him. Goku? No. Vegeta? No. Gohan? No. Trunks? No. Piccolo? No. Tien? No. Krillen? Miccah wishes. No. The stronger warrior that just got done kicking Miccah’s ass was none other than Chiaoutzu…

It saddens the writer of this story to no end, but the truth is the truth. Miccah wasn’t as strong as Chiaoutzu assuming he’s been training in Heaven for a REALLY long time; which in this story, he has. Miccah was gasping for air as he had just been pushed to the limits and then defeated miserably. All readers know that a fighter has reached rock bottom when his writer has him losing in a fight to Chiaoutzu…

“You want any more Bitch!?” Chiaoutzu said floating above his once very confident and prideful half saiyan opponent.

“That’s enough, Chiaoutzu. No need to rub it in that this guy is as strong as a wet paper towel trying to stop a speeding bullet. Maybe he’ll rethink the strength of the unpopular characters. Really, challenging me? My partner here can take you down without much effort;” Tien said landing next to Miccah’s beaten body. He tossed a handkerchief onto Miccah’s chest; “Wipe yourself up. You’re bleeding.”

He held his arm out and Chiaoutzu landed on it like a gay fuckin’ parrot. Miccah watched this very homo act just before he lost consciousness.

He awoke several hours later in a cot in his parents’ hut. He sat up and rubbed his head that was aching. Soon after he awoke the door opened and Veronika walked in with a bowl of fresh water and towels to help cool him down.

“Ah, so you’re awake? Had us worried. You just said you were going to challenge Tien and ran off to do it. We could have told you this would happen. Tien is very strong. We didn’t think the damage would be this bad. Tien is certainly a tough fighter;” Veronika said as she sat in the chair beside Miccah’s bed and pushed him back down so she could put a fresh towel on his forehead.

Miccah felt the sting there. For the sake of his and his mother’s saiyan pride he wouldn’t tell her the truth that Chiaoutzu was the one who did this to him. That midget mime and his cocky attitude overpowered his kicks. Markus Eplin would be ashamed to see him in this state from someone as goofy looking as Chiaoutzu. This seemed to happen a lot, though. Miccah getting beaten up. Falstaff, Biito, Reina, Lowell, Tatsuya, Kuhn; a long list of people who have defeated Miccah. Now we can add Chiaoutzu to that list; an unwelcome addition to say the least. He’d rather it had been Tien on that list. It would have hurt a little bit less than this one.

Oh well. The thing he can do though is add some more powerful names on there to make Miccah look better. That’s the only way this is going to work. When he was healed up, he was going to challenge Goku next. Yes he was going to lose. But that didn’t matter. He went and fought the legendary Goku. Miccah did. Not many people can boast about this. Miccah will. Almost worth the incredible pain that will follow.

“I’m going to get stronger, mother. I’m going to face these legendary warriors every day in order to get stronger. It sounds painful and stupid, but this is the only way I can feel better about my defeats and short comings;” Miccah said with a towel over his eyes. The cold towels were certainly reducing the swelling. Miccah’s pretty face would return to normal.

Veronika smiled as she rung out a fresh towel and switched them out. “Such a troublesome son I have…” she said with a chuckle; “I already know there’s no talking you out of this; your stubbornness comes from both sides of your parents. I’ll just say that Jarrett and I will mend your broken bones until you are satisfied.”

“Why do you have to say it like that? No need to go into details on how maimed I’m going to be. It is disheartening to hear it like that;” Miccah said with a smirk.

A few days later, Miccah looks at his “Get fucked up list” and number one on his list was none other than the legend himself, Goku. The place to find him would be the training grounds. If he wasn’t there, he’d either be eating and sleeping at his house or eating and drinking at The Bitter End, a hot spot on King Kai’s planet. So, the half saiyan tucked the list in his pocket and made his way to the training grounds across the planet and issue his challenge.

Miccah was halfway through his trek and intentionally avoided a pair of bullies (one of which was barely two feet tall) by crossing to the other side of the road and ignored the taunts and snickers coming from the two of them. Miccah would definitely make them pay with interest and then he would try and figure out a way to get back to the living world. Back with his beloved Reina. Okay, so she still didn’t know how he felt about her, but Biito was very overbearing, and just being on the same universe as her would be better than this. He needed to get back and congratulate her for winning the Galactic Tournament. He was very happy to hear of her victory over Rosenberger or whatever his name is. He had wondered if she kept his present to congratulate her on making it to the finals. It’s really tough to read in that situation; saiyans aren’t the best at showing their feelings, for all he knew this gift was thrown away the second he left the practice arena. Well, she didn’t seem to be the type to that rude to friends. For now, the panda was safe, he would assume.

He finally reached the training grounds where hundreds of faceless heroes from several different planets and galaxies trained to keep their lifestyles. The faceless warriors were easy to wade through and he finally found the one he was looking for.

Goku was punching and kicking while flying up in the air with ankle and wrist weights that had to be at least ten tons a piece. A light workout today, Miccah could only guess. He sat in a fold out chair that was by his training space and pulled out an envelope. Goku looked through the corner of his eye and came down to a landing, and removed the weights and slowly placed them down in their storage containers. He began his post workout stretches and looked over at Miccah.

“Anything I can help you with, sonny?” Goku asked in the middle of toe touches. Miccah stood up straight to show respect to his opponent, and handed him the envelope with the words “Letter of Challenge” written on the front.

“Yes, sir. There is something you can help me out. I know it may seem like a sick joke, but I’d like to have a sparring match with you;”

“You really want to do this, er, Miccah was it?” Goku said after reading his letter of challenge.

“Yes. I’m not stupid. I’d like to test myself against you at about forty five percent, you know? I’m not going to insult you by saying don’t hold anything back, but I want to get stronger. Not only that, but to be able to say I went up against a legendary warrior such as yourself is an honor in itself regardless of whether it’s at full strength or not;” Miccah said with a bow.

Hopefully this flattery would work on this man’s pride. Yes, Miccah is a fan, but he wasn’t sure if Goku would go for it or not, so he decided to turn on the old charm. He learned the ways of charm when he talked his fellow orphans into doing his chores every week. He had a silver tongue and he could be a politician if he didn’t give a crap about the people. Miccah looked up after he bowed and saw a smile on Goku’s face as he was trying to keep modest but really happy to hear the compliment. Hook. Line. And Sinker. Miccah was definitely in.

And so he’s back to the way he started on this journey. Flat on his back. Beaten. Bloodied. Hating his life. Goku had made easy work of him at less than half of his power. Miccah couldn’t even keep up with his speed. He was just standing there to Miccah’s eyes but Miccah was getting beat around. The half saiyan would attempt his best moves only to have his kicks go through an after image of Goku standing there. There were some things to learn in this fight. Like don’t fuck with Goku, bitch. Or less than half of a hero’s power is more than the full power of a prodigy that’s just getting his feet wet in the power department. But yes, he did feel stronger from this fight; or at least he would have felt stronger if he felt something more than intense pain. Pain aside, his pride was taking a hit as the faceless and nameless heroes were laughing and snickering at the newbie’s attempt at fighting Goku. However the pride one gets in having a fight with his hero will take over after the present situation becomes a thing of the past.

Miccah reached in his pocket and pulled out his list and a pen and crosses of the top name on his list. This is the last thing he remembers as he loses consciousness right after he stuffs the list back in his pocket.

He wakes up hours later on a cot in his parents hut. He was covered up like a mummy this time. Apparently, there was still such a big difference between Chiaoutzu and forty five percent Goku. This can also point out the even bigger difference between himself and forty five percent Goku, but he was feeling the difference and that was enough, really. He slowly sat up and immediately fell beck down as that was a mistake to move. The door to the room came open and Veronika walked in and sighed.

“I know Saiyans get stronger from every fight they have, but at this rate, you’ll be killed. And I’m pretty sure that if you die in Heaven, there’s nothing left after that. I would not want to be the one to test that. I’m going to just say that there has to be a more efficient way to get stronger that doesn’t end in you getting bedridden for months;” She said as she sat down and started replacing his bandages.

“You might have a point. It’s certainly not efficient. There must be a secret that I am not seeing. Maybe there’s a special trainer around that can help me out here. Someone who’s like a king of martial arts or something;” Miccah said cringing in pain. He was willing to look for an alternative. Whoever’s idea it was to challenge all of these strong guys deserves to die… oh yeah, that already happened.

Miccah finally mended his wounds and set off to ask around for this “King of martial arts training” that can help make him stronger. He walked into the Bitter End and began his investigation. An amazing world that this King Kai created; Miccah had once overheard during the old war stories of how his old planet was tiny. Maybe a mile all the way around if they were generous; one house, one road, and even one care wherever the hell he found that. Because the old planet was destroyed by Cell when Goku brought him there when Cell activated his self destruct device, King Kai made this one and it was a little more spacious to invite more fighters from his galaxy to come to train for their eternity in Heaven. King Kai made this planet for fighters from his galaxy… If Miccah was a genius with rational thought, he could have put two and two together and not had to investigate it this much. Unfortunately, he was a genius with a human’s impatience and a saiyan’s stubbornness and pride. Not the best combination with a brilliant mind such as Miccah’s.

Back to the investigation; everyone was in the bar today, including Tien and Chioutzu who shot dirty looks at the half saiyan as he walked by. Miccah avoided their stares of disgust and anger and moved through the bar to find someone who might have a clue on where to look. He found his first person to ask. For those of you reading this, you might know that this will most likely be the last person he asks and Miccah will realize how foolish he was, and how simple it could have been if he just thought about it for a second. Anyway, it was a well respected veteran of King Kai’s planet; none other than Piccolo himself; in the flesh. Miccah saw him sitting alone with a half empty mug of beer and he went to the bar to get him a fresh mug.

The half saiyan placed the beer in front of the Namekian warrior and sat across from him at the booth. Piccolo looked up at him and then looked back down and gave out an annoyed sigh.

“Another new face of someone who came here too early… What do you need, kid?” the green man said reluctantly.

“Well, some advice from a veteran such as yourself would really put me at ease. I’m looking for a way to get stronger. Maybe a new trainer or a special exercise that I can try out. I’m in a rut and I need a change of pace in the way of increasing my strength as quickly as possible. And I thought that you would know something that can help me on this journey. I’m not a freak about being strong, really. It’s just I’d like to be a better man and be able to fight for what I believe is right, you know what I mean?” Miccah said leaning in to make sure Piccolo could hear him in the noisy bar.

Piccolo smiled at what he heard. “Yeah, I know somebody. Haha.”

What a fool Miccah was. But come on, who would have thought that King Kai was this “King of Martial Arts” that he was looking for this whole time? What were the odds? Sure, King Kai was in charge of everything here; everyone here was a strong warrior from their respective planets; everyone here trained in these martial arts every day; but that doesn’t mean that King Kai was a martial arts expert. Miccah always thought that if the King Kai were two inches shorter, he would be a perfect circle. And this perfect circle has the secret behind his ability to boost his power. This half saiyan was getting tired of getting his ass kicked. If it took a perfect circle to unlock his potential, he was going to do this.

Miccah thanked Piccolo with another brew on his tab before he left The Bitter End and made his way towards King Kai’s Mansion. The last time he had been there was when Ginyu and his bitch maids invaded and took him hostage. At that time, Gohan took care of the Ginyu Force in a matter of seconds because Videl got into trouble. Now Miccah was going there in an attempt to make the necessary jump to step into that world someday. He was going to protect those he held dear and he was going to prove his father’s style to be the best out of all of them. He was going to need help with this, he wasn’t too proud to ask for help when he knew he needed it. Saiyan stubbornness to a point, then human rationality humbles him to the point of realization; that’s the way Miccah was.

The half saiyan reached the front gate of the famous King Kai. He couldn’t help but wonder what the perfect circle had that was worth teaching to him. He pushed the buzzer at the gate and waited a few seconds for a reply. The King Kai’s awful, cracking voice came on over the intercom.

“Yes, who is it?” King Kai asked.

“King Kai? It’s Miccah Eplin. I have come to request you to train me so that I may become stronger;” Miccah said with a respectful tone; hiding his desperation.

“Hmmm. Yes, Miccah Eplin; you have been on my planet for quite some time, I am a little surprised it took you this long to come and request this of me. I hear good things about your work ethic and love for training from Master Roshi. That’s good, because you are going to need it if you plan to pass my training. I don’t take it easy; it took everything Goku had to pass this test. But if you can pass it I shall bestow upon you a skill that can grant you incredible power. If you are not scared, please cross the gate and meet me by the shed in the backyard;” King Kai said as the gate swung open.

Of course, Miccah crossed through the gate and made his way around the mansion and into the back yard. The half saiyan was aware of the gravity difference on the entire planet, however, in this backyard, the gravity seemed to multiply by even more; like he had stepped into an enormous gravitron. The backyard was bigger than the training arena that the other fighters use religiously. This was an intense feeling; standing in the openness of the backyard with what had to be twenty times Earth’s gravity. Miccah smiled and nodded as if he had finally understood something important. This was really going to help him make a big leap and attempt to catch up to the people he’s chasing after.

After a short wait, King Kai made his way out of his mansion with a hammer resting over one of his shoulders. He was followed closely by a monkey who was dancing around the perfect circle Kai and a grasshopper that could talk that was zooming around speaking gibberish at a mile a minute. King Kai walked past a confused Miccah and pulled out a set of keys. He picked one out and stuck it in the lock on the shed. He jiggled it around a bit and pulled it out; he had the wrong key. He pulled out another key and stuck it in the lock; that one was also the wrong key. Sit tight, folks; this goes on for a while; King Kai has about eighty keys on his key ring. Finally, on key number sixty seven, King Kai had found the right key. Miccah’s knees were shaking from the increased gravity; he had been standing there watching the perfect circle looking for the right key for over an hour. This certainly was intense, and the training hadn’t even started yet. King Kai swung the door to the shed open and pulled out an enormous sled and threw a monster truck tire onto it. He then attached a bungee cord and harness to it and handed it to Miccah with a big shit eating grin on his face. King Kai was going to make this incredibly hard on the half saiyan.

“Ok, kiddo. First you are going to start with some warm up sprints dragging this sled. That’s right, this is a warm up so don’t use all of your energy on this; but don’t slack off either. Find the proper balance for your energy and give me one hundred sprints across this field; towards that marker over there. If we’re going to get going with this training, you’re going to have to get used to the change in gravity. You said you wanted to get stronger? Well, here is the first step. How will you do, I wonder? There is only one way to find out. Strap on the harness and get started on your sprints. To make sure you are doing this properly, each sprint has to be completed in under thirty seconds. You should be able to complete all one hundred of them in under that time. The marker is only half a mile, so you should at least be able to do that much. Of course at any time, you can pack it in and call it a day. I hear it’s two for one taps at The Bitter End tonight;” King Kai said knowing full well that Miccah was going to do this.

Miccah smiled and strapped himself in and began his sprints. After finishing six sprints (all made in time of course, cuz Miccah’s a boss), that smile was nowhere to be found. The only expression on the half saiyan’s face was that of someone desperately breathing for air. Miccah on the inside, though was excited to find a workout this effective. Normally, half mile sprints in under thirty seconds wouldn’t have winded him even if it was a thousand sprints; but six sprints in this gravity dragging the heavy sled weighed down by the monster truck tire had made it seem like he was stuck in outer space.

The half saiyan realigned his sled to prepare for sprint number seven when King Kai stopped him.

“Okay, you have shown me your dedication, and have passed the first test. Let’s move on to the next one.”

“As I was saying, you passed the first test. Normally, yes this would be a warm up, but this is your first time in this kind of gravity, and no normal being would be able to adjust quickly enough, let alone drag behind that sled. It was to test your spirit, and your perseverance. I could tell from the determination in your eyes that you were going to do those one hundred sprints even if it had to kill you. That is what I needed to know; will you be able to finish this training program even if it seems to be too tough. Something tells me that when the going gets tough, you get going. Therefore, we can start with the real program. Your first task is to capture Bubbles. You may use any means to capture him; tricks and what not. You do however have a time limit, and you wasting all that time dragging a sled behind took a good chunk out of your time. You have until Sun down. If you can not capture Bubbles in that time, then you are not allowed to continue the training. I will have you out of here faster than a Kenyan on the hundred meter dash;” King Kai said with his arms amazingly holding each other behind his back.

How the perfect circle of a being was able to reach his hands across his back was exactly what Miccah was wondering. That and why the room was spinning. The half saiyans eyes widened when he heard that he had until sun down to complete the first task which was to… catch Bubbles? Wow, what a lame first task for this alleged martial arts master. Oh well, no skin off his nose he just had to catch a monkey. How hard could that be?

Answer: very very very very hard. The writer knows exactly what he did there and he doesn’t give two shits. The damn monkey was acting normally in this intense gravity that was making Miccah look like an old man on his way to the early bird special at Joe’s Cafeteria; all you can eat for only four dollars and ninety nine cents. In other words, Miccah was really slow; this could be trouble for your hero, folks. Miccah wouldn’t let this get the best of him; he made his way after the monkey who was taunting him with playful hoots and hollers. This only angered the half saiyan more and more and exacerbating the situation. This guy had managed to get through that hell like training with Master Roshi’s wrist and ankle weights. He just needed to adjust to the abnormal gravity sooner than he had anticipated to. Twenty times the gravity he was used to, was not as heavy as two tons for each limb no matter how much you try to crunch the numbers. This was a break in comparison. Besides, at the end of his training with Master Roshi, he was using four tons on each limb. It is all as simple as putting mind over matter. Anything was within reach if he could just settle in and get the job done.

Miccah straightened his back with some resistance before finally reaching his goal. He would start with walking after Bubbles. Baby steps; gotta walk before you can run, and this was what Miccah was going to do. Unfortunately, he was going to have to fast forward the process a bit because he only had about four hours left to catch the monkey. If he doesn’t catch said monkey, that is all she wrote; all the work that this writer put into this quest would be wasted. Strangely, the writer was confident that he was going to be able to catch the monkey on time.

Miccah made his way to the current location of the monkey. He was studying Bubbles’ usual movement pattern and calculating where he should move when Bubbles moves. He approached from the monkey’s left, and the monkey moved left at an angle away from him. This was actually quite a smart tactic; most prey would move to the right, but that’s what the predator wants. If the prey moved in the same direction that the predator was moving, then they are caught, because the predator has a head start. If they moved in the same direction that the predator was coming from, the predator would have to at least pivot and push off in an opposite direction they were going; giving the prey the head start instead; this was most certainly not this monkey’s first rodeo. He approached from the right and he moved to the right. This was an incredibly intelligent monkey despite his appearance and actions until now; Miccah had to give him all the credit until now. Unfortunately for this intelligent monkey, Miccah had a trump card and he would use it as soon as he was properly adjusted.

After two hours and thirty minutes, Miccah was fatigued, but had adjusted well to the gravity change. He was able to increase his pace and was now running after Bubbles. He wasn’t just wasting this time, either; Miccah knew exactly what movement patterns that monkey had and was preparing his full time approach. First, Miccah will try and catch the monkey speed against speed, but if that didn’t work, there was definitely the trump card that he could use.

Miccah made his move; he increased his pace to full speed and charged the unsuspecting monkey. Bubbles barely had time to react; he jumped to the left and began running at full speed. Miccah was going stride for stride, but he still couldn’t make the leap to catch the monkey. Bubbles slowed down after Miccah did and began to taunt him and point at the setting sun and turning around and slapping his butt in a rude manner (as if there was a respectful way to slap your butt at someone, right?). Miccah wiped the sweat from his brow and stood up straight. He began an approach from the monkey’s right, and the monkey ran to his right as predicted. Suddenly, Bubbles found himself trapped in the arms of the half saiyan he was taunting just moments ago. What happened? Just a second ago, Miccah was right behind him, now he was ahead of the monkey and had just completed his task.

The dumb monkey will never know Miccah’s secret, but King Kai knew right away how Miccah was able to do it and had to commend his ingenuity. Instant Transmission; Miccah’s trump card had just come into play and the monkey played right into his hand. This portion of the test didn’t prove that he was faster than a monkey that has lived in twenty times gravity, but it did prove that he will forever be smarter than a dumb old monkey; saiyans are going to be included in this one too. Miccah is a flippin’ genius folks. Get used to this statement, because the writer plans to remind you in every quest he has. Anyway, he set the monkey down and Bubbles ran to the legs of his master in anger and frustration and tried to communicate that Miccah had somehow cheated. But it’s fair game, get over it you simian bitch!

“Brilliantly done, kiddo. Brilliantly done. Your ingenuity there was worth commending. I will say you used your time perfectly learning Bubbles’ motions and normal reactions. But using Instant Transmission to spring the trap was brilliant. An original work of art, that trap was. I have got to tell you that I have seen thousands of warriors chase Bubbles, but you are the first fighter I have seen set up a trap and use their head in such short time; and certainly not one as complicated as what you did. Great job, kiddo. Now, you can rest in the shed for the night. I want you to properly adjust to the gravity change, and sending you home would only ruin the progress you have made so far. I will be going back to the mansion. Your next test begins at dawn;” King Kai said as he paced back and forth in front of Miccah. This guy certainly liked the sound of his voice.

The perfect circle turned around chuckling at Miccah thinking outside the box and laughed the whole way into his mansion. Miccah shrugged it off and wiped the sweat off his face and walked to the sink outside the shed to was his face. Keep in mind, that this is still twenty times gravity, so when he turned on the sink it felt like iron sand being shot out of a canon onto his hands. Miccah endured the pain and collected a pool in his hand and brought it to his face. Even the simple task of washing his face became a great workout; amazing place, this was.

Once he finished washing his face he walked inside the shed and saw a cot that was holding tons of stuff up. Miccah would have to rearrange the items so that he could lie down; another easy task turned into quite the ordeal. After about an hour of rearranging, Miccah was ready for sleep he threw the blanket over him as he lied down for bed. The blanket was wool and heavy to begin with; at twenty times gravity, this would be like resting under a pile of weights. Once again, sleep was turned into a workout; Miccah was actually enjoying this. This only meant that he was not wasting a minute with things that usually took time away from training like sleep. He was even training while sleeping. Miccah was in his ideal workout right now. After a few minutes of adjusting to the awkwardness of sleeping in this gravity, Miccah finally felt himself drift to sleep.

The half saiyan had a bad dream. He dreamt that Reina was in trouble and that Rosengardner or whatever his name was had attacked her. It ended with him grabbing hold of her and blowing both of them sky high. Miccah sat up in a cold sweat. He needed to go back as soon as possible. He needed to get strong, yes, but he wanted to see that Reina was alright. That dream rocked him pretty hard. He couldn’t get back into a deep sleep despite all of the training he had done the night before. He just rolled around until the sun peeked through the crack in the shed’s doorway. Miccah sat up and threw his yardrat uniform on and made his way outside. Oddly enough he felt lighter and like he was in a natural gravity. He could move freely; he realized he got the rest he needed. He began to do some stretches while he waited for the perfect circle to make his way outside in the back. Ten minutes later, said perfect circle came running out with his hammer in tow with a worried face.

“Sorry, sorry. I slept in. I had too much of a laugh I didn’t get much sleep. You should get a job in stand up comedy if this fighter business doesn’t work out. You sir, are a riot. Anyway, we will now move on to the final test. If you pass this test, I shall train you and teach you some of my treasured techniques. I’ve already taught you the Spirit Bomb, but I’ll teach you some exclusive skills that can only help you improve yourself. The third and final test will be to see if you can hit my friend, Gregory with this hammer. The hammer weighs four tons in this gravity, so keep that in mind before you go swinging wildly, you could pull a muscle; or worse, you could pull your nuts up into your abdomen. Thus, I’ll wish you good luck, and give you until sun down to hit Gregory. You have the whole day instead of just four hours to do this. If that doesn’t tell you how hard this test will be, then I don’t know what else to say about it to make you piss your pants;” King Kai said as he began to pace in front of him swinging the hammer as if it didn’t really way 4 tons in this gravity; so the perfect circle WAS strong; who knew?

King Kai handed the hammer to Miccah who braced for impact and was still caught by surprise. He regained his balance and rested it on his right shoulder and watched the grasshopper fly around him in order to coax a wild swing to put the half saiyan out of commission. The grasshopper flew at top speed across the field and in a playing fashion, flew right toward the half saiyan’s face and turned right at the last second, but Miccah made his move in anticipation of Gregory’s movements and the grasshopper flew right into the hammer. Miccah walked back to the perfect circle and handed the hammer to the shocked and confused King Kai.

King Kai fell to his knees. A new record; it had taken even Goku longer than that to hit Gregory and the grasshopper behaved in the same fashion that he always did in the test. This guy was a dangerous mind. He predicted the grasshopper’s movements before he even saw it; and his reflexes were top notch as well. This kid was scary good. Finally, the perfect circle finally crossed the finish line and collected himself.

“Very well. Let’s begin the training, shall we?” King Kai said nervously. This was no laughing matter. The half saiyan standing before him had just set a record among the best fighters in his galaxy.

A few days after training with King Kai, Miccah sat at the bar at The Bitter End enjoying a cold brew when he felt the intent to kill. Tien and Chiaotzu had walked in and it was time for redemption. He walked up to the little mime looking guy and challenged him to another battle.

The two warriors walked outside and took their stances. Tien came out to watch and the fight began. Chiaotzu attacked with the same approach as the last battle. This time, though, Miccah could see it AND stop it. He used his half step approach and countered with a fist to the little man’s ribs. He then began his assault. Miccah had caught the overconfident little bastard napping and won it in a landslide victory. Take that, Chiaotzu. Tien was next…
