Alignment: 30% Good History: I used to be a nobody, just another lowly demon like the rest, emphasis on the "used to be". The demon society barely exists, traversing hell, moving in and out of each area looking for a place to belong, you'd think with Dabura in charge things would be different for us, but it just goes to show, if you want anything, you gotta take it yourself. I'm destined for more than that, more than simply existing, i'm meant for much more than wandering aimlessly trying to survive. For hundreds of years i searched, a scrap of paper here, an old story teller there, eventually i had enough information to find it, the site of the ancient battle that banished my ancestors back to hell and let those fools think it was over. At long last i was there, the remains of countless creatures, some familiar and some not, littered the ground and surrounding ruins. I searched for what must have been weeks for something, anything that they had used during the war to make me stronger. There had to be some artifact, a sword, suit of armor, an ancient incantation, something that let us fight back. I had nearly given up when, in my rage, i struck out at a nearby wall, revealing a chamber that had been collapsed until now. They say its always darkest before the dawn and once i picked up that orb, i understood perfectly. You see, things are going to get much darker from here on out and if i have my way, you'll never see the dawn again.... That was over 100 years ago, it took me quite a long time to decide how best to proceed. I have seen earth and Hell and had my share of both for awhile, but i knew there was more the learn so i pondered how to gain access to Heaven, that i may learn of their ways. I've long since given up on trying to sneak in, the only people to ever actually invade Heaven were far beyond my powers, for now. It was disgraceful, but it appears as though the only way into heaven is on their terms. Since that time, many decades ago, i've been traveling around the universe, performing small miracles for people when i can, never anything too large or extravagant, i'm not trying to draw attention to myself, i'm taking a more subtle approach. In truth, their thanks and praise mean little to me save to stroke my ego, but it is a grand feeling to have people both know of your power as well as respect you, hopefully when the time comes, my efforts over the last hundred years or so will have not been in vain. If worn by an Alien, +10% Dexterity instead. Warrior Belt [EQUIPPED] Inventory Slots: 1 Description: A martial arts belt worn around the waist, signifying master-status of a chosen fighting form. The confidence of a true warrior allows for harder hits and swifter reflexes. [ACCESSORY] Effect: +6 Power. +6% Dexterity. Yema Fruit Inventory Slots: 0 Description: A red piece of strange fruit taken from the depths of Hell. Eating this fruit is said to grant the user increased power. Once a sacred item, it is now harvested by Dabura, King of Demons, and given to those who enter Hell on their first time. Those who eat the Yemma Fruit experience a power boost, but no appearance change. Effect: USEx1. You may lose X amount of Ki Points, to a maximum of 5. For every Ki Point lost, your next Advanced Attack without multiple dice does +20% Damage. This boost is considered to be its base damage for all effects. This does not take up your turn. Hellish Rapier Inventory Slots: 0 Description: A blade forged in the very fires of hell by the Demon King himself it's weight and razor-sharp edge make it a tool for picking away at your opponent piece by piece. With adept timing, you can deal more damage than even the largest of great swords. Effect: Weapon - Sword. If you STOPPED an attack the last turn, this attack does +(5% Power) Damage. Rate of Attack: 1 (Your attack roll is 1d32) Z-Sword Replica Description: Once wielded by Gohan in order to defeat the terrible Buu the blade has lost its legendary status. However the incredibly sharp edge still makes it a grand sword for combat purposes and has been duplicated for such. Though hard to wield, the impossible weight of the weapon tends to have a truly crushing effect upon your opponent when swung. Effect: Weapon - Sword. Effect: The user can now fly in battle. Bukujutsu is a requirement to learn certain moves. This does not take up one of your Skill slots. If your opponent doesn't have Bukujutsu in their moveset, you gain +5 dice sides against them. Requirements: N/A Instant Transmission Description: The user dematerializes and moves as a mass of light, disappearing from view at an incredible speed. From that point, they can lock onto a Ki signature and materialize near it. Effect: Once per week, you can Instant Transmission yourself to another planet. You cannot use Instant Transmission to teleport you to another planet 2 weeks in a row. In the event that the planet you are is destroyed, you may use Instant Transmission to take you to another planet (regardless if you used it the week before). Instant Transmission is a requirement to learn certain moves. Requirements: N/A Speed Demon Description: A sudden Ki surge is utilized to boost the user's speed. Effect: Your Dexterity is considered to be double your opponent's Dexterity, unless your Dexterity is triple or more their Dexterity. Reset your opponent's defensive dice to 1d30. Your opponent's defensive roll cannot be modifed by their effects or Dexterity. This effect ends when your opponent performs a SUCCESSFUL attack with a result of 20 or higher. This does not take up your turn. Costs 3 KI Points. Requirements: N/A Ebb & Flow Description: A weapon is an extension of the person wielding it and when this concept is embraced and mastered, the bearer of this long forgotten technique is able to confound their opponents. Unable to tell where steel ends and flesh begins, they are slowly torn apart by the subtle storm of attacks that stem from mimicking the ebb and flow of the tides, pulling back in one way, only to crash down upon you in another. Effect: CONSTANT - Your weapon attacks gain SUCCESSFUL - Your next Advanced Attack gains +1 to the result. Your Advanced Attacks gain SUCCESSFUL - Your next weapon attack gains +1 to the result. Requirements: N/A Base Cost 2 Momentous Kicks [PHYSICAL, KICK] Description: A single kick is usually an effective offensive maneuver. However, through the use of momentum, the user is able to follow through with these kicks, increasing them by number and intensity. Effect: Physical attack doing (20% Power) Damage. SUCCESSFUL - You may perform this attack again in the same turn. If that attack is successful, you may use this attack once more. You may only use Momentous Kicks 3 times in one turn. Requirements: N/A Volcanic Smash [PHYSICAL, ENERGY, PUNCH, BLAST] Description: Leaping above their adversary, the user gathers a large burst of orange ki into either hands, then brings both crashing down onto the foe's head. The result is a scatter-effect of ki: similar to the dispersion of lava after a volcanic eruption. Effect: Physical attack doing (45% Power) Damage. This attack also counts as an energy attack for all effects. If your attack roll is 30 or higher, CRITICAL. If your attack roll is 34 or higher, this attack cannot be STOPPED. Costs 2 KI Points. Requirements: Bukujutsu. Base Cost 3 Lord of the Flies [ENERGY, BLAST, VOLLEY] Description: The user slowly extends their arms outward, fists clenched before slowly unclenching them. As the do so, a flurry of small, slow, but powerful Ki Blasts move toward the opponent, exploding and disorienting them on impact. The Ki Blasts are often mistaken for small, glowing flies due to their size. Effect: Energy attack doing (5% Power) damage. Your attack roll is 10d28 for this attack. If 5 or more dice rolls are SUCCESSFUL, STUN. Costs 3 KI Points. Requirements: N/A Solar Flare [ENERGY, MANIPULATED KI] Description: The user cocks their elbows out at their neck level and their hands are placed at the sides of their face, held away from it so their fingers are not touching the skin. A blinding light is emitted, used to stun the opponent. Effect: Energy attack doing (0% Power) Damage. This attack does not take up your turn. SUCCESSFUL - STUN. If you attack the same opponent again on this turn, your attack roll is 1d35 and their defensive roll is 1d25. On your next turn, your attack roll is 1d32 and their defensive roll is 1d28. STOPPED - You cannot perform this attack for the remainder of combat. Costs 3 KI Points. Requirements: N/A Blocks [0 Slots] Backflip Description: A simple back-flip done over the attack. Effect: RESTRICTED x1. Block. Stop a physical or energy attack. If your opponent is Aoyusumu, the result of their next defensive roll is -5. Costs X KI Points. Requirements: N/A Dazzling Gymnastics Description: Light on their feet with top notch reflexes, the Akaikaru user twirls, flips, and evades the attack with grace. Effect: RESTRICTEDx1. Block. Stop a physical attack. If this is used against an attack with multiple dice rolls, this Block stops all of the attacks. Your Dexterity is considered triple your opponent's Dexterity for the next 3 turns, regardless of your actual Dexterity. Costs X KI Points. Requirements: N/A Signature Techniques [0 Slots] Ticking Timebomb [PHYSICAL, PUNCH] Description: Slowly burning with anger to the point of nearly exploding, the user lets out a horrendous howl before charging the opponent and unleashing a flurry of punches. With the opponent dazed, the user grabs hold of their collar (or an equivalent) and bashes their skull into theirs for a total of ten times -- sometimes even counting down with each hit. When done, the opponent is simply thrown aside. Effect: RESTRICTED x1. Physical attack doing (100% Power) Damage. For every turn that passes after the minimum amount of turns required to use a Signature Technique, this attack does +(15% Power) Damage. Costs 8 KI Points. Requirements: N/A Final Spirit Cannon [ENERGY, BLAST] Description: The same attack used against Freeza just before the destruction of the Saiyan race, the user creates a mass of blue energy in one hand and hurls it at the foe. Effect: RESTRICTED x1. Energy attack doing (100% Power) Damage. Your attack roll gains +1 to the result for the remainder of combat. SUCCESSFUL - Your attack roll gains +2 to the result for the remainder of combat. Costs 6 KI Points. Requirements: N/A Extra Techniques Chained Mauler [PHYSICAL, PUNCH] Description: Throwing a powerful hook to the enemy's face, this initial punch is merely a set up for another hook coming from the opposite end. Despite the relatively simple nature of this technique, this particular move is legendary throughout the universe: it is said to only end when the target can no longer move. Effect: RESTRICTEDx1.
