Double Weapons 1. Double weapons lose the off hand property, and instead gain a new property: Dual weapon. Dual weapons count as wielding two weapons for purposes of powers and feats, and impart not penalty to attacks. 2. Urgosh the 1d10 counts as a Axe the 1d8 counts as a Spear, and has +3 to attack 3. Double Sword count only as heavy blades. Save Penalty Stacking Penalties all have types similar to bonuses. This is because save penalties are a type of bonus for the party. This means that you can only have 1 source of penalty from an item, class, power, and feat at a time. This is mostly to assists in keeping it from stunlock situations. |
