![]() The Mediterranean to aid the Malta operation? There were always some thoughts whether the Commonwealth should aid this operation or not. These thoughts were increased in numbers lately, as several groups protested about the independency of Malta or/and the actual ownership of the place. And so, earlier today, a letter was sent by Mr. Berlusconi's office to all news agencies in the Mediterranean nation. The letter included among others: "Our respected journalists, due to our people's protests about the Malta insident, the government has decided to enter the negotiations with our friendly neighbours, the Northern Italian Confederation. We will be having a meeting soon, and then discuss some critical matters about the island. Be aware that while the Mediterranean are willing to aid with military forces, will not fail in the matter about the island's ownership, with that meaning that the government will be doing its best to guarantee Malta's independence. Of course, our people should expect the best political solution from their government, as always." With this letter, is clear that the Mediterranean will get involved one way or another in the Malta operation. The only thing we can do now though, is to wait. The Mediterranean expects quicker solution in Gibraltar Due to the elections announced for 1st of July in Gibraltar, the government announced that will enter negotiations with Denmark about the Gibraltar issue. In fact, rumours are heard the Mediterranean requesting officially this time, a plebiscite approval of the Mediterranean's ownership of the area. So the government's message here is, "Free Gibraltar!" In any case, something to be pointed out is that the Meiterranean would not want any heavy political rift with Denmark, and for such reason will not do anything that could harm the relationship between the two nations. |

![]() Finland's Nuclear tests enrages the Commonwealth's government A recently underwater nuclear test that took part in the White Sea, by the Democratic Republic of Finland, spread concerns around the world. The Mediterranean Commonwealth's government is said to be enraged by Finland's acts, and is going to discuss matters within the United Nations. Today, an announcement came out from the governor's office, and was sent to all the big press agencies. Below we can see the full letter: "Our nation's Government announce their enrage about the nuclear test taken by the Democratic Republic of Finland. No one should terrify the international community by such ways, and we are going to take measures about this matter. We are not going to increase our nuclear program's spending, but we are going to discuss manners within the United Nations. We clearly condemn such acts, and we hope that the democratic international community will stand beside us to fight terrorism around the world. And yes, terrorism is the right word for that, because people got terrorised by learning the news about the nuclear test." Now it's clear that the Commonwealth's ambassador in the United Nations will discuss manners as soon as possible, and that maybe some speaking-conflicts are going to take place. ![]() Dismantlement of smuggling bunch in Turkey The Greek General Police Department of Athens today announced the arrest of 11 men and 5 women, all members of a major smuggling bunch, acting in the eastern part of the Greek state. The operation was completed almost in no time. Earlier this morning, several police members stormed into four different houses, all within the city of Izmir, in the Turkish part of the state. All members were arrested while sleeping, and some of them that were not, didn't resist the policemen. Inside the houses, the policemen found many evidences, regarding the bunch's operations. This far, the Greek General Police Department of Athens has informed the media that these operations included wool, cotton, leather, silk, oil and food smuggling, most of them coming from the Middle-East and China, but also some more important things such us immigrant and child smuggling. The above is considered to be a very big achievement earned from the Greek police, as this smuggling bunch was considered as the number one acting in the area. Also, it means that some numbers will increase in the incoming money from trades of the Mediterranean Commonwealth. In any case, every citizen living within the Mediterranean Commonwealth, and especially in the Greek State, will feel safer after this day. ![]() The Malta operation to brisken relations between the Italians At this point of time, it's almost sure that the Commonwealth is going to aid the operation taking part in Malta. Even if nothing is publicly stated by the government so far. But the question concerning everyone in Naples and the rest of the nations is the following one: Is the Mediterranean going to propose a military union with the Northern Italian Confederation? There are rumours going around that the Mediterranean's government wants to form a military union with a fully democratic and peacekeeping point of view. As such, it is expected that the government is going to make this proposal at the NIC sooner or later. Time only will reveal if rumours are right or wrong, but we should always be aware of surprises from "Il Cavaliere" and his government. Edited by GeorgeTheGreat, Mar 16 2011, 11:19 AM.

![]() Cargo ship attacked A Commonwealth's cargo ship was attacked today morning at the South east part of the Mediterranean Sea, just about eleven miles north of Port Said. Nothing is confirmed so far, but news from Cyprus sources say that a missile hit the front part of the ship, and after some time some boats came and stole everything, taking the crew as hostages after that. With no specifics known yet, we believe that the attack could had been organised by a local Egyptian tribe, that had taken control of the area during 2009. We're now waiting the government to make an official announcement about the incident, hoping to hear some good news regarding the crew. Tourism to increase in 2011 Predictions for this year's tourism in our nation are sure encouraging, with numbers showing that there will be an increase of 2,09% until the end of this year.If we also consider the recent news coming from the Balearic Islands, this number may increase even more, with experts saying it could touch 2,89%. Greek Islands such as Crete, Mykonos, and Rhodes, are expected to attract many tourists as they always did, along with Sicily from south Italy, Constantinople, Cyprus, and Andalusia. Also, If the agreement regarding Italian citizenship with the Northern Italian Confederation takes place, we're going to see huge changes in the Commonwealths earnings from tourism, witch means much more incoming amount of money to the state's treasury. Let's hope for these predictions to become true pretty soon, and even bigger numbers to be seen in the future. Locals behind the attack Details about the attack at the Commonwealth's cargo ship were released from the government earlier today. Below, you can see the official statement. "We are announcing today our grief and anguish about the attack at the Commonwealth's cargo ship, in the open sea outside Port Said-south-east Mediterranean just some days ago. We also want to announce that we have details about where the personnel is being held, and what they want in exchange. The pirates that acted are members of the group controlling all the area around Suez, so it's reasonable to say that their entire organisation is behind the attack. We want to remind to you that this nameless organisation has taken power by force in the area after 2008, when the Egyptian government and system, collapsed. We won't accept questions today, there will be a new announcement soon." It's fair to say that the government is planning to cease this new threat, and help the personnel held by the locals, with as much secrecy as possible. |

News about the attack An announcement has been given in public by the Government, regarding some information about the attack against a Commonwealth's cargo ship, about 2 weeks ago. "We are glad to announce that we have finally managed to contact the leaders of the locals that attacked our ship, some days ago. We demanded that they let them free, and that they guarantee their safe transport to Crete, Greece. We are currently only waiting for their response - the communication has been difficult due to some problems caused by a neighbouring country - and we're certain that they will be reasonable about this. We'd like to say that we commiserate the relatives' pain, and that we will do our best to guarantee the safety of their beloved ones." The Commonwealth's Government, also revealed the exact location of the attack that took place some days ago at the sea area of Suez, giving to the press a specific map.

![]() W A R No, not really, but you should admit we really got your attention..! A recent gallup's results show that the majority of the Commonwealth's citizens want the government to do something about the past summer's attacks, north of the Port Said, Suez. Almost two out of three believe that an attack by the Commonwealth's army should really show some positives out there. The fact is that, for a strange reason, the government has been too silent about this matter in recent months. Below we can see the gallup's results: Should our nation's army attack the locals at Suez, on retaliation to what happened last summer? Yes: 64,3% No 28,2% N/A 9,2% On the real stuff now, it is said that the government is trying to contact its friends (Denmark? Or maybe North Italy?), to start a co-operation there as soon as possible. With our citizens demanding instant measures about the subject, we should wait some news in the coming days. So, be patient my fellow readers. Be patient, and maybe war is coming, as you wished. |

![]() Berlusconi wins As a "glorious day", or a "win of the democracy" this day will be remembered, commented the Centre-Right Union's representative to the press. Mister Silvio Berlusconi, against the biggest difficulties he ever met in the political scene, managed to grab the first place on the elections, and not only that, but also secure self-reliance to the Mediterranean parliament. As such, tonight he will make a board of party, on which he will decide along with his best manager group, how tomorrow's government will be formed. We expect that Dora Bakoyannis will retake her position as Foreign Minister, as she is considered a very successful one. For the rest of positions, a variaty of a lot of new persons in the mediterranean political scene is considered to come in. The UN representatice in the UN, Dr. Adonis Georgiadis, is considered to lead the race for the Defence minister position, although he stated at the past that he wouldn't want to leave from his position in the UN at this time. Something to notice about the elections, would be the People's Dominance results. They got the 10,9% of the total Mediterranean Commonwealth's votes. They are considered as neo-nazis and neo-fascist, and a lot of their candidates in the elections are accused for violence against immigrants, especially in Greece, where their leading party "Crysi Avgi", has its base. The voters though seemed to trust their ideas and positions. Their first comment was "No comment, our leader will say to you all you need to know when the time is right, nothing more for you today". This is for today, more news about this subject tomorrow, with the new Government being announced. ![]() Berlusconi outraged Berlusconi gave a statement to some press representatives this morning, about the incident with the Norwegian/swedish-interests ships, south of Crete. "Another attack happened against Italians. This time, the pirates attacked four Italian members of the Norwegian ship's crew. I'm personally outraged..! I promised peace before the elections, and this time I'm going to make it happen..! I promised we will take them out, and will do as soon as possible..! We know where their bases are in Suez, we know about how many they are, and we know that if there's a chance that the crew is alive, they're there..! People of the Mediterranean... I won't fail you this time..!" So, by his speaks, we can wait Mediterranean activity in Suez the coming weeks, for rescuing the captured(?) crew. Let's see. It is said though, that this time, Berlusconi doesn't want to lose any more points for not reacting to pirates. Edited by GeorgeTheGreat, Jun 25 2012, 09:21 PM.

![]() official newspaper of the Communist Party of the Mediterranean Commonwealth Fascists in Austria! It hasn't been official yet, but the last news coming from the newly formed Austria say that the neo-nazi Amand L. Meinhard collected around the 30-35% of the people's votes. If this is real, we speak of a new paper in Europe's history (or an old recycling itself), probably a black one. Even if Amand L. Meinhard doesn't win the elections, the Communist Party of Greece-Mediterranean Commonwealth, has to warn the peoples of Europe not to go down that path, being a dangerous one for their own lives. Reports say that a similar political current is affecting people's minds in other central Europe's countries, also probably at the Democratic Socialist Czechoslovakia. At this country, it is said the Government is going to make a referendum about the chance of Czechoslovakia accepting Austria's Monarch, as their own too (he still has to swear in first) to ease some voices. As the Communist Party of our commonwealth, we have to warn our country's government too, about not to establish any good relations with them, without meaning to mark them as enemies, but to have a neutral and be en garde towards them, so our people doesn't get more affected by those "ideologies" or political stances. We have faith to our own, and Europe's peoples. Edited by GeorgeTheGreat, Jun 26 2012, 08:21 PM.

![]() WAR special issue The Finnish fleet that was heading towards the Mediterranean was hit by our nation's forces as a counter attack earlier this morning. Reports from the area say that the Commonwealth's attack damaged a lot of the hostile Finnish ships, although the firings have not stopped as we speak. The Commonwealth's reaction followed a repeatedly warning message to the Finnish not to enter the Mediterranean without giving their purposes, and after they tried violently to pass the blockade in Gibraltar, the mess begun. The Finnish have declared war against our nation, the reaction of course was immediate. We're waiting yet for an official government announcement about the incidents. |

![]() Government Announcement And official gevernment announcement regarding the war with the Finnish was given to public some moments ago, by Silvio Berlusconi's government. "People of Italy, Greece, Turkey, Andalusia and Crimea. Today was a black day in human's history. After the missile attack Finland started against our nation, the Commonwealth's defences repelled and counter attacked. At that time, a massive conflict began, until some minutes ago, when the Finnish declared loss in the United Nations. A lot of casualties are estimated to take place in both countries, with a total of around 40 million lives to have been lost during the attacks. This is indeed a black day for history, but we officially announce and warn that no one can start attacks against a nation without retaliation and reverberations for his own country. We are looking forwards to co-operate with the peacekeeping forces in both the Mediterranean Commonwealth and Finland, so this hello can turn again into a hopeful future" Edited by GeorgeTheGreat, Jun 30 2012, 09:03 PM.

Unknown Source The situation in Greece after the end of the Mediterraneo-Finnish war has worsen. Several groups, believed to be parts of the Communistic party of Greece have been reported to refuse giving their weapons back to the official government's army, calling the people to stand up and revolt against the current system. At the moment we don't know what's the exact situation in Greece, but the idea is believed to be spreading across other neighbouring areas of the Mediterranean Commonwealth, with one being Constantinople. Greeks and Turks are said to be co-operating together for the first time in their history, against what they call "a cruel and rotten system, that has to fall". "History has to go forward" they also say, and many fear that maybe a crisis - even a civil war has started in the Commonwealth". We don't have any news from Cyprus and Crimea either. The rebels are said to have already taken control of many ports, airports, news stations, gas factories, and many more, though we don't know anything for sure at the moment, as it is nearly impossible to communicate with that areas at the moment. The Spanish and Italian parts of the nation are safe and peaceful, at least for now, but some strikes are organised for the next few days, with Silvio Berlusconi considered to resign from his position in the following days, for the "greater good of the Commonwealth" as some people say. More news as soon as we get it, we just hope we can deliver it to you, just as we did now. |

![]() Berlusconi not stepping down In an public interview, this morning, the Mediterranean Commonwealth's Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi gave a critical statement to the press regarding his future intentions, after the amount of pressure he received from the main political opposition, especially the latest months following the end of the war with Finland, and the casualties it left behind. When Silvio entered the room, several whistrles of disapprovement were heard. They were three guys at the back-left corner, who certainly weren't journalists. "Step down you mot...er!" One of them said. Security approached them at once and took them out of the press room. Silvio Berlusconi seemed a bit nervous, in comparison to other times, and one could say that he could see a trickle of sweat on his right cheek. The statement is writen below: Fellow people, today I'm speaking to you through my heart. We can say we passed the worse, at least economically. We won't celebrate the victory on the Commonwealth - Finland war, we won't disrespect all the victims we suffered, neither their beloved families. There are times you can say that the future is ahead of you. That's true. And we of all people know that. There is a complicated situation going on in Greece and Turkey. We're dealing with it as we speak, with all our forces. But I won't comment on it further, nor I will accept any questions about it. And so to the point. My political enemies want me crushed. They need me crushed, so they can destroy this county, with their ideas and political ignorance. I won't do them this favor. Never. I'm not that guy that gives everything up when a difficulty, or more than one, appears. No." At that time he got angry, or at least he seemed to, and went out of the office, by almost running to the door. The journalists didn't even manage to take their photos. |
