I was kind of surprised by that statement but I've since read elsewhere that these dummies are effective so I believe it. Still, I don't see how press reports are saying that the U.S. has satellites with resolutions of at least 10 inches but we can't distinguish real equipment from dummies. |

I assume if you can make balloons and blow-up water slides for kids, then you can make decoy inflatable military equipment. I don't think we're gonna regulate that for now (unless it becomes a serious problem), so have fun. |
