This is my current "Advanced Format" deck.

40 Cards

Monsters
7+
Montage Dragon (Secret)

5-6
Caius the Shadow Monarch (2x) (Ultra)
Raiza the Storm Monarch (Super)
Prime Material Dragon (Super)
Cyber Dragon (Secret)

1-4
Indomitable Fighter Lei Lei (2x)
Vorse Raider (Secret)
Archfiend Soldier (Rare)
Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer
D. D. Warrior Lady
Exiled Force
Sangan
Neo-Spacian Grand Mole (Ultimate)
Marshmallon (Secret)
Copy Cat

Spells
Shield Crush (Secret)
Lightning Vortex
Smashig Ground
Fissure
Enemy Controller (2x)
Heavy Storm
Mystical Space Typhoon
Ginat Trunade
Monster Reborn
Brain Control
Double Summon (2x)
Swords of Revealing Light

Traps
Bottomles Trap Hole (2x)
Threatening Roar
Magic Cylinder
Torrential Tribute
Dust Tornado
Sakuretsu Armor (2x)
Scrap-Iron Scarecrow

I got Montage Dragon in there just to have a big monster. If I draw it first turn, most likely I'll be able to bring him out with 3000+ ATK in a turn or two. The one sac monsters are self explanatory. I would probably play a "Breaker the Magical Warrior" instead of Kycoo, but I don't have one anymore. Spell Card wise, the new Double Summon fits well. Instant Monarch, or a swarm if Cyber Dragon is in hand. And I like the new Scrap-Iron Scarecrow because it flips back down. Overall I dont worry about negating things (except for Prime Material Dragon) I focus on destroying things and getting to those precious life points.

This deck is made of the best cards I own that are allowed in thecurrent advanced format. Comments welcome.

Its good, but it probably needs more strong level 4 and below monsters, and I'm personally not a fan of Lei Lei since it spends too long forced into Defense after an attack. So I'd say get rid of the Lei Leis and add some others level 4 or below.

Spear Dragons are quite nice for beatdowns.
The main issue is there isn't enough force
(or at least that's what it looks like)

Like I said, this is best I have to work with. I used to have a badass beatdown. I had Spear Dragon, Breaker the Magical Warrior, Treeborn Frog, Night Assailant, Jinzo, and some other good ones I cant think of right now. But that deck is lost forever. And I havent been in the market to rebuy those singles online. And the nearest card shop would be like 3 hours away, so yeah. But I like my Lei Leis, cuz I dont like Goblin Attack Force. They're a first turn wall most of the time. and they're good for a nice rush when you steal your opponents monster. I guess favoritism towards certain cards can affect your deck buildig though.

I would recommend trying to get a two or three Gene-Warped Warwolf.

It's a nice 2000 attack four star monster. It doesn't have an drawback effect like most 2000 attack four star monsters.

Even so, you need a quick-to-summon force for a beatdown deck, so add more level 4 or below cards with high attack. Effect negation can be quite useful, but its not essential.
