Name: Mack Deus Age: 35 Basic Skills: Smartyness, Piloting, desert survival, manipulation of both demonic and angelic magic, modern combat tactics, leadership and a vast knowledge of history. Place of Residence: Everywhere Tools of Trade: A P-90 sub machine gun. SIG P226 pistol. A large collection of crystals, imbued with powerful magics along different purposes. Vehicle: A customized aircraft which uses a mixture of high technology and magic to remain airborne. Powered by a single powerful crystal imbued with both angelic and demonic energies which energizes other crystals which carry out various functions, such as the vessels ability to fly, weapons, and defenses. Armed with 2 AIM 9 sidewinder missiles, 2 AGM-65 Maverick missiles, a 20mm rotary gatling gun (2,000 rpm), and finally, two Hydra 70 rocket pods (20 missiles a pod). All the rocket and missile ordinance are stored in the retracting engine nacelles while the gatling gun is housed just under the cockpit window. The vessel is 8 meters long and 5 meters high and cylindrical in shape. Mack designed it to easily slip through Hell Gates and use the tears they made in the fabric of reality to charge travel large distances quickly. He wears a black cloak over a black commando tactical suit and vest. He hides his face normally. It's been changed over years of sand blasting and sun damage and turned into a leathery, callused face with the scars of many knife fights. He stands about 5'10" at 160 pounds with light brown hair and brown eyes. His skin has changed to a very rough tan brown color.  Personality: Mack started out as a confident, intelligent, arrogant and humorous college ancient history professor in the world before the madness. Over the years he's changed, lost his arrogance and humor, becoming a very critical and very serious person, taking every detail of life after the end of civilization with the seriousness of a funeral. He doesn't make friends easily any more and he tends to burn more bridges then he builds. History: Mack was a successful college professor at Yale in the history department. Years before the demon attack he uncovered a book and several scrolls at a dig in Sudan. He discovered the artifacts in the ruins of a temple like structure that had been buried under the sand. The temple was carbon dated and all the tests stated that it was older than the planet. These dates were quickly discarded as false and the result of corrupted samples. Mack took the book and scrolls back to Yale for study. they were amazingly preserved for their age and the language they were written in was similar to ancient Greek. After months of translation they detailed a human history which was supposedly written before the fossil record. The find made Macks career even though the history was mainly believed to be fiction. Mack had copies of the book and scroll made and took them to his vacation home in Tawas Michigan. Thats when the demons attacked. He's survived since then, believing in everything the history said, now that what it had recorded seemed to be happening again. A year after the fall of civilization, Mack almost died but was saved by angels, transported back in time and made leader of a group of desert living people. He lived and worked in the deserts of mid America for the remainder of the dark times. It wasn't until the gates were reopened that he began to pick up again on his learning of Magic. Using his magic he created his ship, the Morgan Le Fay by imbuing many crystals with powerful demonic and angelic energies.
