Drake woke up yawning, he wasn't sure how long he had slept, he couldn't honestly remember the last time he had slept. It felt like he had just woken up from a coma though, hibernation. He felt completely recharged. Drake sat up looking around letting his brain register where he was for the time being, he remembered that he was on a boat. With ghost, and a guy possessed by an angel. Looking to his side he saw Maria there, she seemed like she was out of it. He decided to let her sleep and got out of the bed, he walked out the little guest room. Sareena: Awake finally? Drake looked over Sareena was sitting on the couch, she had taken her sling off "How's your arm?" he asked her, she moved it a few times. Sareena: Healed but still sore...won't be doing anything to crazy with it... "Well at least you're feeling better..." he said nodding to her, Drake walked out on the deck and looked around. The ocean looked nice, though the sea air was getting to him a bit. He looked over seeing land not too far from there. Drake wondered how long they had been sailing, he wasn't even sure if Rhode was the one sailing the ship or if his ghost friends were. He never bothered to ask. Voice: Knew you'd be here soon enough Drake turned around someone landed on the ship. It was Alastor he cracked his neck walking over to Drake "You knew I would come back" Drake said to him "I told you I would when I finished up with Mephisto" He added. Alastor smirked at him. Alastor: Yeah I know...glad you did though, just had to put out a fire involving one of the Samael's generals. If we're going to attack Baal, now would be the time "Fine, seems like you have a plan. Lets here it" Drake said to him. |

"It's always the punch you don't see coming that puts you down," said Tren nodding to Rhode when he asked about a weakness. Having Alastor on their side would also work, especially if Alastor turned at the right moment he would have his defenses down. "Alright well dodge and avoid until he gets made enough. Can't say we haven't already done that a lot for a good amount of the people we fought, would be nice to fight them on equal footing one of these times but I guess when no one you know is as strong as a Prime," said Tren watching the wards fade. That was kind of cool, he might have to get that for his truck whenever he got back to them, or learn to ward places like that. Could prove useful in the future securing a good place to rest without random demons interrupting your sleep trying to kill you. He laughed inwardly remembering it and the day he had met Drake and them. Literally the day he had almost died. "Hey Maria, finally up? Just planning a bit of our future regrouping," said Tren as he looked to Drake walking away with the phone. Was Anthony from the sounds of it, and he wouldn't mind him being back. Anthony had gone to find Uriel and Rin. "Good, if that was Anthony we should have both another strong fighter, and an Arch Angel. Hopefully Anthony hasn't pissed Uriel off again by being lewd near her again." He wore a half grin remembering Anthony's comment about Uriel's ass and then shook his head. Some times it was just as entertaining just to watch Drake's extended family go about their daily lives than it was to fight demons. "As for hitting a throne where it hurts, that sounds like valuable information so most definitely," said Tren rubbing his hands together a bit excited at the prospect. |

“So Drake is Anung un Rama? The right hand of doom? The one to bring back the Ogdru Jahad?” Rhode asked. “Thats dramatic.” “So if Ba’al is as powerful as you say, I suppose Starshatter won’t kill him either.” Normally i’d say Starshatter can kill anything, but our run in with Astaroth has given me doubts. Ba’al is a Prime. He can defeat Archangels. He has the power to raise entire contents to the ground. Starshatter is powerful but I don’t know if it can match that power. “Great. Azethlor is getting less and less confident in Starshatter by the day. I’m going to get us to shore. Once we moor up i have no idea where to go from there. My expertise is in sailing and industrial fabrication, not geography or tromping through the jungle.” Rhode finished. “Not sure where this hideout is. Can anyone point it out on a map for me?” |

"Right hand of doom?" Maria asked she had missed this entire conversation, that line really confused her. She shook her head and turned to Tren "Yeah, Anthony's down here somewhere, didn't say if he was alone. I'm pretty sure Adrian is with him at least" she said to him scratching her head. Anthony wasn't that good with tech so she figured he had to have some back up to get his phone working. Drake walked back over to the group when Rhode was talking about his gun "Maybe you just need stronger ammo?" Drake said to him about it "Or a bigger gun" Maria said to him, "You know if you can make it so that thing fired a 50 cal round, it probably would just kill anything. Oh oh oh you could make it into an RPG" she laughed. Alastor looked over the water, he knew where he was it would be easy enough to guide the group to his head out from here. Alastor: It isn't that far away, maybe a few miles inland, it is the reason I was able to get to you guys so fast in the first place "Good so we're not that far" Drake said, "I don't like being out in the open like this...we could get attacked any time. It'd be good to get some shelter over our head so we can really plan out our attack" He finished saying. Maria looked at him "Okay so who are you and where's Drake cause I have never heard you actually say you want to plan for anything. Ever" She said to him, Drake looked at her and shrugged. |

"Sounds like a plan then," said Tren nodding mostly to himself. "and maybe Drake's starting to see the advantage of planning things ahead of time." "While you guys pull us inland I'm going to go get changed out of these sea smelling cloths," said Tren as he headed back into the boat moving for his pack that he had brought setting aside his family's book and grabbing out a shirt, coat and jacket. He used spare room for a second to change out of the shirt that had the hole in it looking at it for a moment after he took it off. That wound should have been fatal. He felt along his chest where his newest scar was. It wasn't the first and nor did he think it would be the last his body sustained. After dressed he came out in a white shirt wearing a black jacket over it. Sword strapped over his back, and his gun to a holster on his side. He waved briefly to Sareena as he passed. "Looks like we are going shore side, no more rocking boat. I think I'll feel better to have my feet on solid ground," he said thinking about how some people got sea sick. Luckily he wasn't one of those people but he definitely preferred solid ground. |

She thinks it’s about the size of the bullet. “Azethlor doesn’t think size matters.” Rhode said. Real mature. The bullets aren’t the issue. The magic behind them is. The magic was supposed to counteract the life force of whatever they touched, demon, angel or otherwise, but the bullets themselves aren’t enough. There’s a symbolic aspect to magic that requires both the gun and the bullets have the same energy. It doesn’t matter if the bullet is a patriot missile or a bebe. The magic required to negate life force like that is complex and powerful, it requires specific levels of… “Azethlor says a .50 cal handgun aren’t worth the trouble in wrist strength training, inaccuracy and extreme loudness.” Rhode summarized. “The Colt Peacemaker is the gun that won the west. It’s good enough for Hell. I’m headed back up to the bridge.” Rhode pushed himself off the bulkhead and headed back up to the bridge. “Land ho lad. We’re coming up quick.” Price said, pointing out to the horizon. Rhode grabbed his own pair of binoculars and started to scan the horizon. “Any good places to moor up yet?” “There’s a small dock southwest of us. Might suit our purpose.” Price said, pointing. Rhode looked where the old British sailor pointed and steered the ship towards it. |

Maria crossed her arms "It doesn't matter but it certainly doesn't hurt" she said looking at Drake and winking. His face turned completely red Alastor started laughing patting Drake on the back. Alastor: oh man, that's great! Drake looked at Alastor "Anyway, back on topic, what exactly can we expect from this trek to your hide out Alastor?" Drake asked him, Alastor looked at Drake and laughed again. Alastor: Who said we were walking "Well the rest of us can't exactly fly" Drake said to him, Alastor shrugged. Alastor: I didn't fly all the way here, that's tiring, I drove... He pointed at a truck that was sitting on the beach, it was an F650 pick up truck. Maria leaned over the boat and let out a whistle "Compensating much Alastor?" She asked him turning back to look at him. Alastor crossed his arms. Alastor: Weren't you the one that said size helped not more than five minutes ago? She shrugged, Drake walked over to Alastor "Wait wait wait, how...why do you have a car?" he asked. Alastor looked at Drake. Alastor: Cause flying is tiring and during the invasion I took a Columbian drug lord house as my personal base of operations. Came with all types of nice cars, and a swimming pool. Drake face palmed as Alastor kept laughing. Sareena looked at Tren when he passed her, she stood up stretching some. Sareena: No good morning Sareena, how's you arm? You buddy are officially on thin ice She said this to Tren laughing walking back out to meet the others. |

"We got past that hours ago," said Tren laughing at her pouting. "You were one of the first ones up. But yeah I can take a hint, I'm cool no need to tell me twice." He wasn't long behind following Sareena out to the others, and spotted the truck on the side, and Alastor finishing something about flying being tiring. "Drug lord huh? Didn't we kill one of those guys awhile back Sareena..... well I guess a demon drug lord named Ashkorr but you know same difference." Once they docked he hoped off the boat and started towards the truck. He was impressed by the storage that the truck could offer if he got one of his own. "Impressive Alastor.... Impressive. Shotgun!" shouted Tren taking up the side seat and rolling down the side window. "Who's got cobain?" asked Tren with a bit of a smirk. |

The ship docked and everyone started to depart and go for Alastor’s truck. Rhode preferred to take his Malibu. “Price, take care of the ship. Don’t know how long i’ll be.” “Aye Lad. We’ll watch her for you.” Price said, saluting. Rhode sorta half saluted him back and went down to the armory. He didn’t know what he would need so he loaded up with everything. Sawn off went in his over the shoulder holster. Two Walther PPk’s went into holsters on his thighs, with two extra clips each in holders on his belt. Starshatter went into a back holster where he’d come to like it. He grabbed the grizzly, his coach gun and on a whim, the bow and and arrows before he headed to his car. The Malibu normally wasn’t built to take beaches, but his Malibu was no ordinary classic car. He threw the Grizzly in the trunk along with all the other armaments in there and then climbed into the drivers seat. He pulled out of the boats garage. Pulling along side the truck he honked quickly. “Lead the way. I’ll follow you.” Edited by MikDaTv, Aug 23 2015, 06:46 PM.

Sareena looked at Tren when he said that. Sareena: I was only joking you know... She smiled at him and walked off the ship towards Alastor's car. Drake and Maria followed Alastor looked at the truck when they got up to it. He turned to Tren. Alastor: Whatever I don't really care. And yeah I was there when you killed him. Never liked the guy Alastor climbed in the drivers seat. Drake, Maria and Sareena climbed in the bed of the truck and it pulled off. "So, how do you think we should go about this war with Baal" Maria asked Drake, he looked over to her "I'm not sure, not even really sure how we're going to beat him." Drake told her he wasn't as confident in this as Alastor seemed to be about this situation. Sareena: First and foremost we should find where his damned strong hold is. Can't do much of anything until we do that "She's right" Maria said as the truck pulled into a huge mansion. Maria looked at it "Shit, this is where he lives. Why the hell did we have to meet him in a cave last time?" She said "Guess he didn't trust us, probably didn't want to reveal all his little secrets to us" Drake said to Maria as the truck stopped. They all got out Alastor walked over to them. Alastor: While you're here make use of anything you need, got an armory in the basement. Kitchen is stocked, there are extra clothes for those of you who need it. All human stuff that I don't really use He turned and walked into the house, Drake looked at the girls and followed behind Alastor. Once inside Drake looked around the place was huge, his brother had good taste. "Nice" Maria said going over to the living room. "Who's the girl on the couch?" she asked staring at the blonde girl laying there. Drake walked over to Maria and looked at the girl, something didn't seem right about her. "She dead" Maria asked Alastor went over to them. Alastor: No, not dead, just in stasis. This is Uriel, Archangel and General in the Hell guard. |

Tren enjoyed the ride and checked the place out form walking in. It was a very nice place, and he for some reason wasn't surprised when Alastor said he was there when the other demon general had been killed. Well lucky for them he had been on their side at the time. When Maria brought up the girl on the couch Tren knew who was was before Alastor even said anything. He went up to her examining for any sort of wounds. Alastor said he was in some kind of statis. "Anthony's not going to like this..." said Tren looking back to the others. "Yeah Hellguard general and pretty finicky when it comes to attitude. Who knew Angels could be so human huh?" Tren frowned at this pulling his amulet off from around his neck. "Don't know if it will help but I might just have enough juice to pull her out of status for a little while," said Tren holding his amulet and focusing on it. His family had an affinity for divine swords, and protective barriers so perhaps he could transfer this energy to the angel. He'd never tried it before but if it was divine maybe she would be able to use it. Tren's body outlined blue illuminating the area around him as he focused inwardly and upon his amulet. Once he had built up a good amount of his own aura into the amulet he pressed it onto Uriel trying to transfer the energy into Uriel. He felt the energy fade as he opened his eyes. "Did it work?" he asked standing up, more to himself than anyone else. He waited to see if Uriel moved or if he had just wasted a bunch of energy. Was worth a shot in his mind at least. |
