Hitchon pondered the offer for a few moments and replied, "I will accept this as long as Nidenruse's Arms companies still produce something for our own military."

"Well of course," Abascal began, "Eyygui is simply making an offer to bar any shipment of arms and ammunition from reaching Aksoem. Nidenruse will be free to arm its own military. I, along with the Eyyguian reprsentatives, only want a slice of your arms exports, instead of having Aksoem take them."

"Very well then" Rivers said smiling "we have ourselves a deal. There are two things that still need to be settled. First is what is the current output of every single bullet, gun, tank, etc. that your companies can produce? Second is what would the price be of a 50% stake in all of Nidenruse's military equipment suppliers? "

Hitchon paged through reports in his folder for upwards of ten minutes until, while still going through the figures, said, "Well, we currently have very almost nothing in our warehouses as we were forced to close most production, but with a large enough contract we could reopen all of our facilities and move to a full producton, which would roughly be making nearly 15% of Nidenruse's fully deployed military every quarter, which I'm sure would be more than enough to fill whatever you needed. And as for the price"-Hitcon said, now looking up from his papers- "would be several billion to invest all of our military manufacturers."

OOC: I'm not entirely sure on numbers right off of my head so I put these up. Just say if you are unhappy against them.

"Very well then, relay the figures back to my company, as well as Mr. Abascal's and we will reply to you with our joint venture."

"As you wish, and I can assure that on your arrival back home, you will have all the information you need. Now, I need to excuse myself, as I have to manage the soon to be economic resurrection here, and I wish you luck in your future endeavors," Hitchon said, smiling slightly and pleased about the deal he had just struck. Hitchon left the room and told a secretary outside to fetch transportation for the four representatives.

Minister Pudon finished his speech to the Federation Council that morning, it had begun to snow slightly in Nidenruse and the windows to the streets outside the building were too fogged to see out of. "And with the recent withdrawl of the Confederacy of The Baron's Alliance from the Aksoemite-Triple Alliance War, I believe we have an opportunity on our hands," said the minister, slowly turning to either side of the massive Federation Council Main Chamber. "Our recent deal with the two other members of the Triple Alliance, Eyygui and The Lateral Republic, have gone exceptionally well both us and them. I believe we should seize this opportunity to cement our relationship with them. To all who would seek entry into this alliance, so 'Aye.'"

The assembly of the Federation Council agreed with the Minister, voicing their "Aye's" with enthusiasm. A few notable exceptions remained silent, but the majority was obviously evident.

To Eyygui and The Lateral Republic:

As it has become evident that the Confederacy is having problems at home, Nidenruse would like to pledge it's support to your alliance. We hope this will go the this will be done as smoothly as our last deal.

Nidenruse Reference News Report:
Quote:

"Now that several months have passed since the International Armament Deal went into into effect, workers from all over Nidenruse return to factories in droves, while skilled engineers and technicians continue to modify, redesign, and improve upon the equipment that Nidenruse ships out and has begun to stock up on. With the extra military equipment out there, there is a greater drive for recruitment into Nidenruse's armoured divisions. To supplement this new surge of troops, several new military installations have begun to be built to accomodate them and their equipment.

OOC: I will provide a map later this weekend, I hope at least.

Minister Pudon looked down upon a rowdy mob gathered to here him speak. This was highly unusual as the Federation Council closed itself off to debates at this time. Minister Pudon was here speaking to appeal to the people, whom he knew would follow him. It was under him that he led Nidenruse into its greatest economic boom in history. No one was as popular or as inflential as he was at this time right now, no one dared to touch him in the media. To fit his triumphant mood, the sun had recently broken through a layer of cloudy overcast, giving beautiful rays cast strange shadows throughtout the capital city of Nidenia, casting a golden sheen off the pavement and glass windows. "My people, today we stand here triumphant, no time in history have we been as powerful as before. However, this will also prove true in the future, that we will only become more of a shadow of ourselves in the future. Unless that is, we take the final obstacle, the final and most burdensome weight, the Federation Council itself..." proclaimed Pudon.

As the rally concluded several hours later, the Nidenian Guard was called into service as they marched upon the Federation Council building. In addition, several military units in and around all of Nidneruse were mobilized, and several high profile members of the Federation Council were declared to be "Enemies of the State." A few quieter opponents of Pudon in the past simply vanished...

The Nidenruse Reference's Nightly News

Quote:

Hello fellow citizens. It's Graham Calean here reporting in from our proud capital Nidenia. Our top story tonight is about a new development going on the new Hall of the Ministry. It seems that our great Chief Minister Pudon, now that he has finally and properly disposed of the dissenters in Venia, has officially brought the new governing body of Nidenruse, The Four Ministries, into effect with the creation of the Ministerial Pact. We will now go to some live feed of the Chief Minister right now.

The Hall of Ministry
The building had changed greatly in the month it had been since the declaration of the now Chief Minister Pudon to destroy the Federation Council. The priceless protraits of the many former minister of the Federation were torn down and still remain unaccounted for, the Federation Compact even had been taken out of its case in the central assembly room and was lost when crowds looted the building (although it has shown up in a private museum in the city), and much of the building was under heavy renovation. The old Federation building featured one very large room and a lobby and some hallways, otherwise not too much. Now, the Ministry was trying to compartmentize the building, the building was gutted out totally and now was being almost rebuilt. In the center of all the buzz of construction, the Ministerial Pact was signed by the now four Ministers, Chief Minister Pudon, Minister of the Military Ocker, Minister of the Economy Hitchon, and Minister of the Interior Capron. Ocker had been considered the top military leader of Nidenrse ever since he oversaw the modernization of Nidenruse's military doctrine thirty years earlier. Hitchon was the most knowledgeable man of economic and busniess matters, especially he since had just finished finalizing the trade deals between Nidenruse and Triple Alliance members Eyygui and The Lateral Republic. Capron is commonly called the "spymaster" of Nidneruse, and he has served by leading counter-terrorism, counter-intelligence, and the majority of the "black ops" carried out by the old Federation. As each put his signature on the document, applause arose from everywhere watchig the historic moment across Nidenruse.
