Queen Haya had finally arrived home from the wedding of her daughter. She was overflown with joy. It was morning and she was served her usual extravagant breakfast in bed. She was brought a newspaper, putting aside her women's magazines for the time being. Haya was genuinly interested in the war effort and was determined to stay current with affairs. When she read the new update about the casualites, she was overcome with grief. Quickly she threw the paper to the side and uttered "all of these people dead and for no reason!" In her grief she realized that her role as Queen also included the ability to act as a diplomat. Prime Minister Kagiso Grunveld, What has this war come to? Why are both our great nations at war, so soon after making peace? I would ask you to welcome me to your nation, just me. No pre-conditions, no politics, no personal guards. I ask that we, together join forces for peace and try to resolve this issue peacefully. Watching the death toll on both sides, the damage being done to the environment and the hurt that is being felt by family members involved in this cruel war is too much to bear. One last time, I ask that we meet in your nation. I hope you will see the virtue in this letter. Wishing for Peace, Haya Bint'thas She never signed a letter without including her title, yet she felt that this letter surpassed all titles, all matters of money. This letter, to her, was about Life, the life of people all over the two nations who had been affected by this. |

To Queen Haya Bint'thas There is a saying amongst my people, rougly translated it reads that you only have one chance to proove your honour, I believe this is my chance, I have read the Eyyguian papers, the petty name calling and false allegations bring shame on those who died defending both our countries, whether it be in this war, or in those many wars we have fought to pronounce our independence and honour, if you feel that you can make an impact on the peace process between our two nations, then I will gladly meet with you, I shall begin clearing the Success Towers for your arrival. Signed, Prime Minister Kagiso Grunveld |

Prime Minister Kagiso Grunveld, I wish I was able to control what the newspapers spout about, but we both know that I am unable to do so. Allow me to show you to Eyygui as being a kind and gentle man, of civilized nature. Allow me to prove to Eyygui that this war will lead no where. Furthermore I ask that you keep this visit secret until an outcome has been reached, to protect both of our images at home. Thanking You, Haya Bint'thas Haya quickly boarded the Royal Jet to Akseom, not disclousing any information to anyone else. She was to be in the Lateral Repbublic for the weekend, that was what everyone was told. Little did they know she was venturing down the mouth of the dragon. (OOC You can RP her arrival whenever you are ready) Edited by Eyygui, 29th July 2008 - 04:14 PM.
