It's a fun test; but I agree with Ratateague that it's not terribly comprehensive. I also think a lot of the questions were biased towards a Western first-world perspective; but it is a good starting point for giving a bigger and more accurate political picture.

Having taken this test many times before, I am fascinated by how far to the left, and how libertarian it claims I am. I honestly don't think the results are exactly accurate, given, as many of you know, I am on the left of social democrat, and no where near as far left as many within the DSA, or indeed a far greater number in real life. As for libertarianism. I do actually advocate restrictions on many things, just not necessarily the extremely limited range this tests for. I think an accurate compass would require thousands of questions, and be less limited to contentious issues in the US, and be more universal to world issues. Anyway sorry about the generic rant.
