I have already told this to Terlibe and Herrebrugh, who will be the official representatives, but I plan on reconvening the Internationale Peace Treaty negotiations either today or tomorrow. |

Three things from me. 1. How do I give the awards for "Best factbook..."? Both go to Suceavija, but I can't figure how to do it. The contest winners thread is locked. 2. Who in the DSA can i contact on such short notice to make a celebratory skin and\or flag? I admit it's a bit late for a contest, but it would still be a good way to mark the occasion. And on a similar note, we could give the award to those banned by CMK on April 8th. It would be appropriate, I think. Still going to try an think of more things, but I'm a mediocre party organizer in RL and I'm not even sure what can be done on a forum for such an occasion. 3. I have two ideas for a debate. Should I just post them? They are things that have been bugging me for some time with no sign of me finding an answer on my own. Is that okay? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm completely new to all this. |

Again, sorry for my delay. I'll probably publish another post later continuing the thread of the conversation (you have spoken so much that I'm feeling too lazy to scroll up ) I'll answer Haltari's questions:1) Yes, all nations are awake and reside in the DSA. 2) Schloffeinreutenach is the only missing nation; it will be added soon. Although I'll add Schloffeinreutenach as usual, I am planning to start the map from scratch, keeping the same landmasses and borders. Due to the many changes of format, the map is looking incresingly pixelated, in an extent that much of the text is not readable. The different fonts and sizes are also a problem. That is why I recommend standardising the font and image format. 3) We'll coordinate. Would this be an official Photobucket account? I have also got a question: how should I publish new maps? Should I create a Photobucket account or use Terlibe's? |

Regarding the resurrection of the IRC channel: I second this. If I am not mistaken, it was New Bazlantis who first set up the channel; it would be advantageous to contact him for instructions. Nonetheless, I think that IRC channels cease to exist in a similar way that regions do, and it is possible to refound them after they have CTE'd. Correct me if I am wrong. Regarding the P/WAD/SG backup: Seconded. Regarding the change of the voting system: Using polls has never convinced me, since they won't let you change you vote, as some ministers have already pointed out. I've just taken a look at the voting tool Gervase has mentioned and I find it quite interesting. Does it let you change your vote? |

If there isn't and official Photobucket account for the MoC, then I think one should be made and the password passed to the next MoC. |

@New Andureo I created an official account for Terlibe and added all the old maps. I wish I named the MoC and not Terlibe. You are free to use it though. |

I'm not sure that Ballot Bin allows you to change your vote. I've set up an account so we could run a mock election and referendum (it can do both) and test out the features if people are interested in investigating it as an option. One nice thing I've noticed is that it can do ranked voting of the type that our charter allows, not just plain old plurality. |

I have no problem in using your account, but I think it is preferrable to create a MoC-specific account. What do you think? |
