Preamble: We the nations of the DeltaCon alliance hereby state that by obtaining membership of DeltaCon (hereafter DC) do entitle ourselves to peace, liberty and a safe environment. Application to DeltaCon: 1. Nations applying to DeltaCon must not be in a state of war, or Peace Mode. 2. Nations applying to DeltaCon must not be on a ZI list, Perma ZI, or any other similar list. 3. No nation may be a member of any other alliance.. ----- 3a. Nations must prove they have resigned from their former alliance by getting an affidavit sent to the Minister of Internal Affairs. ----- 3b. If it is not possible to get an affidavit, an exception may be made if a Government member vouches for the applying nation. 4. Nations shall set their application affiliation to DeltaCon Applicant, where they will be under DeltaCon's protection until their membership application is finished.. Membership in DeltaCon: A nation must be accepted into the alliance to be considered a member. While holding membership to DeltaCon the nation is encouraged to be involved in tech deals and other internal alliance affairs. 1. While it is not necessary for nations over 5000 Nation strength, it is asked that nations switch to the black or the orange team sphere. 2. Any nations under 5000 nation strength are required to switch to the orange or black team sphere within 15 days of joining DeltaCon. 3. When leaving DeltaCon it is required that you post on the forums in the proper designated place. 4. We ask that you provide a parting gift to a smaller nation of out choice but it is not required. 5. If you fail to post in the resignation board you may be dealt with swift military action. Government 1. Emperor The Emperor has the final say in all things internal and external. The Emperor can not be impeached or removed from office. Only if the Current Emperor appoints a new Emperor to take his/her's place can a emperor resign from office. The Emperor has the power to add/edit/remove anything in the alliance he deems necessary. 2. Major The Major is second in command of DeltaCon, the Major is in charge of making sure all the ministers are doing their job correctly. He cannot remove treaties or remove government from office. 3. Ministers The ministers are in charge of their areas as defined by their title. They are in charge of going about and making changes in their department. Minister of Foreign Affairs The Minister of Foreign Affairs is in charge of all the diplomats the alliance sends to other alliances and they are in charge of proposing new treaties with other alliances. Minister of Internal Affairs The Minister of Internal Affairs is in charge of the daily affairs that goes on within the alliance. They are to help with the new members in the alliance and they help accept and mask the members. Minister of War The Minister of War is in charge of the military of DeltaCon. They help train the smaller, inexperienced nations in the alliance to get them up to speed with the technology in the game. Minister of Finance The Minister of Finance is in charge of the money of DeltaCon they will be in charge of the banks of DeltaCon and they help set up tech deals in DeltaCon. Foreign Affairs: DeltaCon will create and maintain embassies for any alliance who requests one and updates it every 7 days. We are happy to communicate with each other and we will maintain friendly chat with all alliances. Espionage: Any nation found to be committing Espionage on DeltaCon will be sentenced to Perma ZI by DeltaCon. Espionage is an act of war and DeltaCon will not stand for any act of war, while we will try to resolve it diplomatically if it fails DeltaCon will use military force. Any DeltaCon alliances who commit Espionage on other alliances when not at a state of war, will be kicked out of DeltaCon. We will not stand for any act of war when in a time of peace.
