Something tells me this isn't possible, but I'm sure I've seen it happen before. O.o Anyway, I was on my MySpace *don't shoot, I couldn't get onto Facebook* before and thought about changing my design. I wanted to create a drop down menu for my 'Who I'd Like To Meet' section, but when the different options were chosen, a picture would change (so the default would be 'you' with a picture of Uncle Sam, but you could drop down to something 'Miley Cyrus' and a Miley picture would appear, etc.) I found some decent ways to do this with Javascript, but MySpace blocks out any mention of the word Javascript (except if you're using IE or Safari where you can get away with putting Javascript in double quotes). For that reason, I'm wondering if anybody may know a way to do this without Javascript. I thought about using Flash, because I'm pretty sure MySpace will allow Flash to be executed. I just need to work out how to get a drop down menu in Flash (shouldn't be too hard). Any other suggestions? |

I think flash would be the only way, considering myspace is very, very limited. PHP and CGI I think are banned too. Edited by richjohnny, Oct 27 2009, 06:03:20 PM.

Okay then. I'll probably make my entire profile a Flash profile, just to snaz it up a bit. But I'll have to do it when I get some free time. |

I'm not using VBscript... ever. xP I'll just stick with Flash. At least I know how to use Flash and can make it 'flashy' with Flash.

Your last option really its to use flash...Flash is easy to use and compatible with many application, that's why its really recommended to used instead of other tools.. |
