Landing on Mars? That's something. And I think that it is pretty impossible at the moment. We haven't made any breakthrough recently in the field of astronomy except for Geoengeneering which pretty theoretical.

Maybe in the near future we can actually land on mars and explore it by man but we should not aim for that at the moment and just relax. Why should we be too fond for this discussion rather than fixing our own planet.

I think they can totally do it. Infact I thought they alread had a plan to put a base on the moon or something so that they can then launch the mission from there, coz its easier to take off without the gravity.
