The light in front of Condra began to increase rapidly, and as the winged man had tried the same trick before, the fire mage tightly shut as eyes as the first wave of light struck. Her blue eyes opened a second later, searching for any threats as the second flare went of. As the light washed over her face, she clamped her eyes shut tightly. Another second passed. Her eyes cracked back open, half blind and dazzled by the light. She could make of blurry shapes. The winged man closest, and then the one with the eye patch. The winged man wasn't looking at her. The fire mage's vision began to clear. The winged man was pointing his sword at her other foe. It was time to give this flying thing his first taste of battle. She sprang forwards, legs pumping quickly. She had been saving her energy for most of the battle, and cleared the distance between him and her quickly. Not fast enough to cancel his spell however, and he had trapped the one eyed man in a cocoon of pure light. His sword as back up, aiming at the man's chest. His brow furrowed in concentration. Not looking behind him. A beam of light shot from the man's sword moments before she was on him. The one eyed one suddenly stabbed himself and fell downwards. Condra stopped paying attention. It was time to kill. The fire surrounding Condra's arm exploded upwards as she neared within five feet of the man, a torrent of fire spreading out and flying towards the man. It crackled hungrily, leaping through the air and searching for prey. It had eaten corn today, but mere corn would not fill its ample stomach. The fire wanted flesh. It wanted blood. The steel tip of Condra's sword was right behind the fire, ready to stab out and strike at the man's chest. His leather armor may deflect a slashing blow, but no leather would stand up to a strong stab. His wings would also hinder him here, as it would make it almost impossible to dodge the fire that she had thrown.
