The one eyed gave the battlefield a look of strange contemplation. His long, sandy white hair sprouted in all directions, unkempt, yet well cleaned. The black eye patch that covered his eye was tightly secured, bearing the insignia of his god on it, the twin blades of grass, with a drop of water twixt the two of them. His hand rested on the hilt of his blade, as he hoped silently he would not have to use it against his opponents this day. His open eye shifted from one opponent to the next, taking in what he saw. There wasn't anything there that he hadn't seen before, and so all was well. He's initial trick was already- or so he assumed. Every single thing about him made him appear weak, an easy target, the first person to go, yet he was well aware of the assumptions that many people had made before him. He had perfected this, and he did not think for a moment that he would loose. His plain white robe billowed slightly as a small draft came about. His robe was connected by a sash, between the upper and lower pieces, in which the lower legs were cut, so finely that each leg could move freely, while giving the impression that he was confined to the elasticity of the robe bottom. Yet now, there was a battle--the woman had began to create a fireball... 'Interesting enough...yet I doubt it will hinder me too much...' he thought to himself, and then there was the strange winged person who was also in this strange arena, amidst the corn. He would have to worry about both, yet this wasn't the first time that Rival, the one eyed swordsman had gone up against challenging foes... |
