| Hey Dark Rainians! A couple purely aesthetic changes have been made to the Roleplaying section; no content was changed. For those of you playing in the Casual section, your OOC was simply merged with the other. You'll also notice that there's a shoutbox at the bottom of the board now on a trial basis. |

Assimilation Information
Hello again! It’s good to see you made it this far,
[slavenameR1008]. This area is lovingly known by our members as the
subject assessment and distribution unit. Every member of Dark Rain 2.0 has dropped by this place at some point in their career, the most notable of which are
[slavenameA01] and
[overseerA02]. Both of these luminaries have gone on to do wonderful things during their stay at Dark Rain, and both of them partook in a
subject assessment and distribution test, just the way you will now.
Now, you’re no doubt nervous about what a
subject assessment and distribution test entails – I know I sure was! Well, you know what they say, right?
Knowledge overcomes fear. Knowledge is a lie. With that said, let me explain a little bit about
subject assessment and distribution tests. First off, what is a
subject assessment and distribution test? It’s simply a demonstration of your
physical aptitude to manual labor and other skills related to roleplaying. After you finish your
subject assessment and distribution test, your performance will be evaluated by
[me] an overseer and you will be admitted to the forums
or incinerated.
The
subject assessment and distribution test will consist of
the assassination of one or more of the following defectors:
- [slavenameR891]
- [slavenameR890]
- [slavenameR444]
- [overseerSynical]
- and/or [slavenameR1007]
as well as a sample of your writing, be it new or old. Isn’t that easy enough? To help you along, here’s a few simple guidelines:
- Make it long enough so we can analyze your writing.
- Don't make it take more than seven minutes to read.
- Hide the bodies.
- Check your punctuation and run it through a word processor.
- Present your best.
Good luck on your
subject assessment and distribution test, and remember that it can take anywhere from five minutes to three days for your
subject assessment and distribution test to be approved, depending on whether or not admins are on vacation.
