Magic-wielding classes: - Necromancer Dread Necromancer ~A Sorcerer that summons the dead and generally invokes death magic. - Alchemist ~One who changes raw elements into another, can be used for other purposes as well as profit. - Illusionist ~Casts illusions to confuse opponents - Enchanter/Enchantress ~Casts mind-affecting spells and can write magic symols & runes. - Mage ~A more diverse form of spellcaster. - Sorcerer/Sorceress ~Standard spellcaster. Claims ancestory from dragons, although the dragon blood is usually hundreds of generations old. Religious classes: - Cleric ~Invokes the gods to cast divine magic. - Priest/Priestess ~One who studys religeon. Warrior-type classes: - Barbarian ~Master of crushey - Knight ~A warrior who fights for his king. Should that fail, he fights for the good of the people. - Berserker ~A raging warrior from the north. - Paladin (this also falls under religious classes) ~A holy warrior, upholdind decency and protecting good. Unless His/her deity wishes otherwise. (there is also: Paladin of Freedom Paladin of Slaughter Paladin of Tyranny Paladin of Variant). - Samurai ~A noble warrior bound by honor. - Ronin ~A Samurai no longer bound by honor. - Sohei (Also in religious classes) - Swashbuckler ~Swordsman - Thug (Also in Guile-related classes) ~An enforcer with his eyes on the balls. Yours, to be precise. Spellsword (Also in Magic-wielding classes) ~Spellswords use magic and are slightly proficient with the blade or other weapons. - Blader ~Bladers are the experts of melee combat, catching arrows, beheading wrongdoers, and slaying dragons are the main basis of this class. Nature-based classes: - Druid ~A person with a almost cult-like connection to nature (Fun fact: The actual druids were cultists. so thats why the christians killed or converted them all.) - Ranger ~Build to live and survive in the wild. - Scout ~Trained to track solders or animals for miles. Guile-related classes: - Thief ~Steal, steal STEAL! - Assassin ~Trained to kill for money - Rogue ~Sleuthy. Good at deactivating traps and avoiding detection. - Ninja ~A silent spy, and should it be neccisary, assassin. Ordinary classes: - Commoner ~Joe Shmuck Average. Why you would wan't to play as this escapes me. - Expert ~One who specializes in one thing. - Aristocrat ~A politic leader. - Noble ~One born of rich blood. Other: - Bard ~ Traveling musicians. Their music is magical. Note: You may dual class if you would like to. As you progress and your character grows more skilled, then you may even have the chance to add more classes. |
