Government Responsibilities; What each position does

PRESIDENT:
i. First in command
ii. Approves members, treaties, bans, and embassies
iii. Appoints Chairman
iv. May warn, ban, and discontinue a government official at any time
iv-a. Can undo bans, warns, and can veto congress decision
v. Can take alliance to war
vi. May deem someone a 'Rouge' to the DAN
vii. May make amendments to constitution

CHAIRMAN:
i. Second in command
ii. May request alliance war
iii. Acts as President if:
A. The President has been inactive for 7 days
B. The President has been banned from TE
iv. Can warn and ban members
v. May propose amendments to the constitution
vi. may NOT run for congress so long as in office
vii. Can be kept in office for 3 terms. fourth term requires a congress vote and a general vote.
viii. Signs/ approves treaties

MINISTER OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS:
i. Third in command
ii. Will act as Pres. if Chairman is unavailable.
iii. Acts as Head Moderator of alliance
iv. Can warn and ban members
v. Makes sure there is peace among the members of the alliance
vi. May request amendments to constitution
vii. May NOT run for congress so long as in office
viii. Appointed by General Vote/ Congress/ Approved by the President
ix. Signs/ Approves treaties with Pres. and Chairman

HEAD OF MILITARY OPERATIONS:
i. Fourth in command
ii. May take alliance to war with approval of the President
iii. Is responsible for the military actions of DAN
iv. Responsible for keeping track of:
iv(A). War stats
B- nukes
C- Divisions of the Military and their Generals
v. Appoints Generals to lead: White Fang, Cougar, and Grizzly divisions.
vi. May NOT run for congress so long as in office
vii. Signs all military based treaties
viii. May warn members

MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS:

i. fifth in command
ii. Takes lead and is responsible for setting up embassies in other alliances
iii. May NOT run for congress so long as in office
iv. May set up diplomats embassies in our forums
v. Is responsible for keeping track of all Embassies we have.

MINISTER OF RECRUITMENT:

i. Sixth in command
ii. Is responsible for the growth and recruiting of nations
iii. Secondary responsibility is making nations feel welcome at our forums. (partly MoIA)
iv. May request up to two to serve as a 'Recruiter'
iv(A). Recruiters may run for congress, but will give up seat as Recruiter if elected
v. May set up embassies with MoFA and President's approval
vi. May NOT run for congress so long as in office

CONGRESS:
i. Any vote that is to be passed requires a 75% vote or more
ii. The DAN Congress is made up of four members of DAN that have been elected by a general vote.
iii. Congressional Elections occur every month
iv. May call a "Congressional Counsel" at any time
v. May ban members upon vote
vi. Votes on approval of treaties
vii. You CANNOT have a government or diplomatic mask to run
viii. May discontinue a Government Official
ix. In an event of a tie Chairman is deciding vote. If he is unavailable, the MoIA is called upon. Then down the chain of command...
