Who are We? The Cult of Garaz Dum is an all Dwarf Slayer role-playing guild. Mission The Cult of Garaz Dum aims to provide an environment in which players can role-play a Dwarven Slayer. We are a role-palying guild with a focus of player-versus-player combat. We strive to aid our allies when needed, and to seek our glorious deaths in battle at all other times. New Goblin Slayers (Recruits) 1) Race/Career - All characters applying for admission into the guild must be a Dwarf Slayer. At this time, no other Dwarven careers will be accepted. 2) Age - All applicants must be 18 years of age. Applicants who are not will be handled on a case by case basis. 3) Character Name - All characters must be named following a Dwarven naming theme. If you can't think of one, then that does not look good for admission into a Dwarf role-playing guild. 4) New recruits will undergo a 14 day trial period, at which time admission into the Cult will be voted upon by officers. Leadership 1) All members of the Cult of Garaz Dum will be expected to obey superior officers at all times while in game. 2) Guild Ranks Goblinslayer: A new slayer who has join the Cult of Garaz Dum. In the absence of the guild leader or officers one show look toward the Doombringer for any question that need to be answered. Leader/Officer Ranks: Dragonslayer: This title is granted for the few who have shown great leadership ability and loyalty to the guild – Dragon Slayers will get the privilege to vote on important guild discussions such as new members, promotions and guild events. Daemonslayer: The leader or leaders of the guild. 3) Only the Guild Leader, or an officer appointed by the Guild Leader, can promote someone through the ranks. 4) Call To Arms -A Call To Arms can be issued at any time by an officer -All members who are able must respond to the aid of the guild -We understand the real life does come first Miscellaneous 1) Roleplay: The Cult of Garaz Dum is a role-playing guild; therefore, all members will be expected to have a basic understanding of Dwarf role-playing and are expected to speak in-character in Guild and Alliance chat at all times. 2) A ventrillo server will be provided for members. Role-play will not be expected in ventrillo. The use of this server to chat with guild members is optional. 3) All members should attempt to participate in scheduled guild events when possible. 4) All members are expected to be active, both on the forums and in game. Members should participate in topics of the forums, however there is no requirement for posting. An absence exceeding 30 days in game will result in removal from the guild and that member must then re-apply for admission. Players expecting to be gone for an extended period of time should post their intentions on the forums to avoid removal. 5) Respect is expected of everyone. All members should treat each with dignity. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the guild. Harassment may include but is not limited to, comments concerning: racial, sexual, religious, bullying, stalking, sexual preference, and disabilities. All problems regarding harassment are left to the final discretion of the guild leader. 6) All disputes should be addressed to the guild leader, or someone appointed to handle these issues by the guild leader. 7) Crafting: Members should help each other progress crafting skills in a manner that will be benficial to the guild. There will be no assigned crafting members; however, funneling resources to select individuals would be beneficial to everyone as a whole. Information regaring your crafting abilities and needs should be posted on the forums. Edited by Thagrik, Mar 2 2009, 02:10 PM.
