Bfast - inside of two chorizo and egg tacos 1/4 of a bacon and egg taco w/flour tortilla (shouldn't have done it either) snack - peanuts - hate peanuts, but that is all there was - no cashews. Dinner - cheat - 1 piece of bread, 9 tortilla chips with spicy spinach and artichoke dip, 8oz smoked sirloin, baked potato, salad w/ranch dressing, some onion strings. Snack - I'll probably finish off the last 6 m&ms calling my name. Back on track tomorrow - I needed a food cheat day - its been 10 days straight of good food, good workouts and .5lb gain. |

This weekend was bad. Real bad. I started out with wanting a cheat meal and it was steak, baked potato, 8 chips with spinach artichoke dip, 1 piece of bread, salad with ranch. Then I got home and realized that I wanted chocolate chip cookies. Kelli might eat the dough, but I bake them. I did it because there were 6 kids at the house who I stupidly thought would eat them. They had some - I had more. Sunday was two more cookies, chopped steak with lots of veggies on them, salad for lunch. Then a couple more cookies - went to the movies with 6 kids and a sister in law on crutches, dropped my diet coke in MOntana's lap and decided to eat the bucket of popcorn. Dropped another diet coke (it wasn't meant to be) and came home to Bush's chicken or the devil's chicken. Monday - back on track. Muscle milk for breakfast (not normal for me), lunch - inside of ham and egg taco and pico de gallo dinner - 3 omega eggs, 3 cups spinach, ground turkey |

Thinking about an impeccable diet. I think we are planning on our annual South padre trip over my birthday weekend. Kimber mentioned her goal to me and I started thinking about my own. I am shocked at how lazy I allow myself to become after a frustrating work week or nutty kids, sick kids, expensive kids, busy kids, etc. I turn to food to get me through and all the bad choices don't make me feel better. I feel worse and stupid because stupid is as stupid does, right? I need to hit the grocery store and restock my fruits, veggies and lean meats. I need to cook in bulk - like I shop! To be prepared for the week ahead and dang it! Keep the fresh flour tortillas out of the house (David)! Bfast- 2 eggs 1 cup spinach 1 cup tomatos. Lunch - chicken breast with zuchinni and spinach lots of spices. Snack- cashews and almonds. Edited by robolynn29, Jan 26 2009, 05:34 PM.

dinner was awesome. I might start eating chicken more regularly again. Chicken with chopped broccoli and zuchinni mixed with chipotle sauce, oregano, basil, tumeric, cumin, red peppers, and lots of chili powder stirred in olive oil and served over spaghetti squash. Yum!! |

bfast: 2 eggs with the last of the spinach Lunch: 1 shredded chicken breast, 1 squash, 2 cups spaghetti squash mixed up with lots of good spices - made it nice and hot so drank a ton of water with it! Snack: 6 almonds and some unsweetened apple sauce Dinner: chicken with seasonings (wasn't a big fan this time) and more apple sauce - apples and water are the only ingredients - so I think I'm safe from the sugar monster.Edited by robolynn29, Jan 28 2009, 09:25 PM.
