Okay, not fun day on the diet horizon. I think I ate most of my food in the car today.

Home - Ate some of the breakfast Montana left (turkey, carrots, zuchinni, celery combo) 1/2 orange and handful of nuts.

Lunch was picked up from Chickfila.

Grilled chicken patty
lettuce, tomato
cheese
(no bun thank you very much)

Fruit -all except apples which had skin on them.

Back in the car later....
I ate 5 pluckers wing and chugged a bottle full of water.

At home again
inside of two breakfast burritos from sonic. Unfortunately there were some tater tots in them - I didn't realize that when I ordered them. Ate them anyway :$

I threw some tomato slices on top.

All in all - not good, not bad. Really need to crack down on the lack of veggies...

B - dried fruit and nut mixture
2nd Bfast - inside to sausage/egg tacos at Rudy's

Lunch - dried fruit and nut mixture - I finished it off

Snack - Miso soup

Dinner - steak and shrimp with veggies

water water water water water - drink more water.....

Pretty good today except for lunch - thanks David!

Bfast - inside of bfast tacos

Lunch - Chick fil a nuggest - tasted awesome - not so good for me

Snack - handful of nuts, seeds and raisins

Dinner - spaghetti squash, shrimp, marinara sauce and sauteed spinach with olive oil and garlic (yum)

I love me some spinach - just not sure why it took me this long in my life to figure this out!

Not a great day and I only have myself to blame.

Bfast - bite of Colton's eclair, bite of Montana's chocolate sprinkled donut
2nd Bfast - inside of two tacos - bacon and egg
Lunch - chipotle - salad - serving steak, corn, tomato, guac
Snack - two pieces cookie dough
Dinner - haven't had it yet

Today I got up late and I've eaten a Zone Bar. Robb Wolf doesn't advocate Zone Bars - he says you might as well eat a candy bar. However, I'm cleaning out the fridge, cleaning out the pantry and doing laundry. I needed to eat.

It is better to eat something - even if it isn't 100% correct, then to eat nothing it all.

Feed your body to keep up your metabolism.

Oh, and I ate nuts too!

The day started with yet another zone bar, but work was calling my name.
Lunch was chicken and shrimp fajitas with a liitle guac, tomatoes and onions.
Dinner out of a take out box. Chicken strips and fruit. On the way to Houston, so not many choices.

I can't wait for a grocery shopping trip and a day of measuring and weighing food. It's time to get my act together.

Okay, I'm back on the diet. Just need to grocery shop. There are no longer weekend cheat days until the affiliate gathering in February!

Not a great start to the day. Had a client show up early.

2 pieces turkey, 1 piece jalepeno cheese
ground beef, spinach, zucchini and tomatoes cooked in tomato paste, italian spices on paleo flat bread
ground beef, 4 cups spinach.

Not enough calories!

I've been on track all week. Made meatballs with zucchini, carrots and tomatoes. Ate with spinach and sweet potatos. Lunch was chipotle eaten over about 2 1/2 hours. Steak (requested chicken got steak) double tomatos, corn, salad, avocado on the side.

Today - bfast was the inside of an egg/sausage taco. Running late because of getting Montana to school, Colt to dr and trying to bring work home.
lunch - meatballs, 3 cups spinach, sweet potatos (leftovers) - portion too big and gave myself an upset stomach.
snack - grabbed cashews before Cheyenne's piano
worked out and dinner was piece of brisket, green beans and some forbidden potato salad. Had to throw it in the trash!

bfast: 2 eggs with turkey bacon and spinach
handful cashews
lunch: lean brisket with 2 cups green beans
1 bite potato salad - lost control
5 wasabi almonds
dinner - 5 sweet potato chips, 2 eggs, ground turkey, spinach, onions
