Uh, this is embarassing. I normally run to punk music mixed with rock HOWEVER I do have a bit of 80's thrown in and some Jonas brothers and some other Disney stuff. The other day I ran with Miranda and it was just perfect perky music for my run! Robin |

I tried running with my iPood but it's too heavy. I can't listen to music when I run, but background music is cool for WODs as long as its not too mello. |

I've learned to crank up the music during the noon class - no one there and I can really wake people up! Hate Sirus Spectrum! |

It varies - sometimes good ole hard guitar rock like Paranoid - Sabbath, Here Comes the Pain - Slayer, Crazy Train - Ozzy, Thunderstruck - AC/DC, Enough About You - Endochine... Other times, I want some redneck music like Roll 'On by Alabama, or better yet, Sweet Home Alabama by Skynyrd (btw, someone punch Kid Rock in the mouth for me). It just depends.... |
