Intermittent Fasting. I'm going to try it. I've been researching and now I am in the testing phase. Robb Wolf suggests starting off with 2x per week at a 11-15 hour fast.

Do not try this unless you have cut out refined Carbs and can be strict about your bedtime *cough cough*

I will doc my feelings/findings/results here. My goals are to drop 5% body fat, cut the sugar cravings, and kick butt on my next FRAN!
