Breakfast 4 blocks
Trying to cut a few cho's out, have to add fat to replace.

1egg = 1 block protein
1/3 banana = 1block cho
1/3 tsp olive oil = 1 block fat

4 blocks protein
6 blocks fat
3 blocks cho



snack, 3 almonds, 3 pieces beef jerky

Lunch 6oz chicken grilled 6 blocks

2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped zucchini 2blocks

15 almonds 5 blocks

Dinner

6 blocks ground turkey
3 blocks mixed veggies
1 block strawberries

4 blocks almonds (12)

Total blocks for today

16 blocks protein
11 blocks cho
18 blocks fat

goal 17 blocks

breakfast

5 blocks ground turkey
3 blocks mixed veggies


4 blocks almonds (12)


1 can tuna 3oz 3 blocks

Dinner
5 blocks ground turkey
3 blocks zucc, squash combo
16 almonds

Not enough food!

Today

4oz ground turkey 6 blocks protein
2 eggs
1 banana 3 blocks cho
12 almonds 4 blocks fat

snack inside of sausage egg taco (2eggs/sausage)

Lunch

chipotle salad

8 blocks protein (dbl chicken 8oz=8blocks)
3 blocks cho (fajita veggies, lettuce, dbl tomato and quac. 28g)
4 blocks fat (13 g quac)

later 2 apples 1.5 blocks cho

total so far today
14 pro
7.5 cho
8 fat

dinner should be

3 blocks pro
8 blocks cho (that should be fun!)
9 blocks fat
