BREAKFAST - 2 eggs, three pc. bacon, oj
SNACK - cranberry jubilee mix (seeds, cranberries, nuts)
LUNCH - lettuce wrap tacos, pepper medley, 7-up
SNACK - almonds
DINNER CHEAT: 2 small margs, 1 beef burrito w/sour cream and queso.

9:45" -- Did the first 50 pullups Rx and then had to start jumping... if I lose weight, I'll do better.

COMMENTS - Diet is definitely getting easier (I kinda think my cheat meal wasn't worth it -- other than the margaritas of course!)...but next Saturday night is the boil so everyone with an iodine sensitivity needs to take a hike!

I did the Epic Challenge. I think I timed at 9:32, but David and Mattchew kept getting confused, so I don't really know.

It's my birddy! Wife said she's taking me to Hooters. The burpee pullups killed me -- the bar was shaking and I missed grabbing it twice. I need to get my wind.

SO BUMMED --- I didn't go to the gym yesterday because Magnolia had some serious blowback from her 18 month shots and I needed to take care of her! The WOD was a new one -- "DT" -- and I think I can compete with about anyone on that one (Deadlifts, cleans and push-press @155#)...

The WOD for the past two days looks awesome. I am going to have to do it on my own tonight though. I have to run out to the Falls this evening...

I made a grocery run about 11 p.m. last night. I got tired of waiting on Di, so I just got up and got food. Dammit!

I am amazed at how awesome I feel immediately after eating (more properly balanced) paleo meals. I am so used to feeling the "blugh" after eating that I had totally forgotten what it feels like to get up from the table and not be tired or need to loosen the belt!

Bummed that I didn't get to work out....again.

GREAT workout. I need to run more - or start playing basketball again (poor knees).
