Monday - 26 Jan 08 Baseline - 6:21 Burpee Challenge x8 Tuesday - 27 Jan 08 Run 2 mi. (untimed) Burpee Challenge x9 Wednesday - 28 Jan 08 WOD: 20 double unders 20 push ups 15 sit ups 10 pull ups x3 rounds for time: 6:47 Burpee Challenge x10 (okay, I think keeping a public log of my progress is a rather progressive way to check yourself off -- and I think entering this record from my BlackBerry makes for funny reading when it "auto-corrects" Burpee to "Burped"). Wed - 11 Feb - Burpees Thursday - 12 Feb 45 Double Unders 45 Hang-Clean-Squats (135# (supposed to be full cleans...didn't know)) 45 Dips (these killed me) 45 Double Unders 15:58 ...skipped burpees today. tomorrow isn't going to be much fun. |
