Friday, February 13, 2009 WOD - 7:15 "Fran" 21-15-9 Thrusters #45 Pull ups - I attempted to use the band & after 3 sad pull ups I switched back to the box. Last time I did Fran it was 7:45 #30... I'm getting better! |

I didn't get to work out this week I woke up Monday with a SUPER bad sore throat! By Wednesday one of my boss's put me on a zpack (the up side of working for a dr.) she said it could be turning into strep.I kept up with my burpees till yesterday I'm babysitting this weekend & with getting the kids from school & all I forgot about them

I woke up Monday with a SUPER bad sore throat! By Wednesday one of my boss's put me on a zpack (the up side of working for a dr.) she said it could be turning into strep.
