haven't had too much time to think about this, but here is what I know for sure: 1. CrossFit Games 2. A Muscle up (Scott put hooks in my oak tree. We will have rings next month...Practice practice Practice!!) 3. Handstands 4. FRAN in 3:50 5. Baseline in 4min 6. 20 pull ups all the time everytime! 7. Something with running....Maybe that 5 miles I've been chasing for a year now. There will be more. |
