B- 3 Eggs with onions, peps and spinach
2 TBSP ground flax with almond milk
1/2 cup blueberries and 1/2 apple.

S-1 oz chicken 9 almonds

L - 3 oz chicken & blue berry, grape, strwberry mix...9 almonds

S-Boiled egg 9 almonds

D - 3 oz roast beef, 1/2 cup quinoa & spinach, 1 tbsp butter

L - 3 oz chicken & 1/4 cup quinoa & sweet potatoes

S-Boiled egg 9 almonds

S - 5 Almonds....I was hungry from all my deadlifts!

D - 3 oz chicken & 1/2 cup quinoa w/ spinach & butter...Garlic salt for flavor. Soooo Good!!

Wed- Friday went pretty much the same...Totally paleo, but towards the end of the week I really started stacking on the almonds. I kept it all zone/paleo on saturday until 7 pm when I went in for the kill on my 1 cheat meal....Fajitas with all the works. Cheese, queso, rice/beans, sour cream and only one tortilla. I made the second plate into a meaty veggie salad. Plus 1 miller light...mmmm Couldn't stop there. Midnight rolled around and we were tired and still moving up and down the stairs. Had a fruit cereal bar with natural peanut butter on it. Dipped in light and fit vanilla yogurt. No sugar for a week and this was a real sweet treat! Scott says I eat peanut butter like ice cream....Yikes! Next morning, was hurting. Stomach and body. Not used to all that dairy anymore.

Sunday was healthy breakfast...Non-paleo snacks like pretzels....chocolate...ice cream...Oh my! Okay, we can just stop there.

Sunday was bad and I was bent over in stomach pain from it. Worth it? not even a little bit. My workout condition paid for it on monday.

Really got to keep that weekend "ONE" cheat meal down to a real one time meal. Today the cravings for sugar were strong and the mood was on edge. Carb/sugar hang over!

B- 3 eggs with onions bell peps
1 cup chopped straw berries
1/2 apple
2 tbsp ground fax w/ almond milk

S - Roast Beef and 10 wasabi almonds -LOVE THEM!

L - can tuna mixed with homemade pesto
1/2 cup quinoa, spinach, butter and garlic salt

s - boiled egg and 10 wasabe almonds

Dinner
1/2 link of sausage and 1.5 oz chicken breast
2 cups brocoli
1/4 cup quinoa
All mixed together with 1 tsp butter and lemon pepper

S - 2 Strawberries and almond butter (just almonds, no sugar added...the cravings from yesterdays binder are strong I tell you!)

Tues 1/13/09

7:30am- 3 eggs fried
1 cup chopped straw berries
1/2 cup black berries
2 tbsp ground fax w/ almond milk

10am - 15ish almonds with roast beef

Lunch-2:30pm -1 can tuna with pesto
3 block serving size of sweet potatoes
15ish almonds (I'm still hungry)

4:00 - I'm hungry...Or bored....Making bill collection calls so its hard to tell.
4:25 - Stomach rumbling...Must be hunger
S- almonds and boiled egg

5:45pm Dinner - 1 1/2 Cup Zucs, 3 oz matchstick carrots, 1/2 bell pepper stir fried with garlic and butter (I dare you to eat it all!) :X
3 oz Taco Turkey meat....Found out after I ate it the Taco mix had corn starch in it...PALEO FAILED! :-/

Dessert - 2 Strawberries with almond butter (pure almonds, ground by me at HEB!)

7:00 B - 3 Fried eggs, 2 small bacon
1 cup strawberries and 1/2 cup black berries mixed with Almond Butter. Totally hits my sweet tooth.

10am S - 1 oz roast beef, hand full of wasabi almonds

Lunch 2pm - 3 oz chicken, 3 blocks sweet pots and some broccoli as filler. 1/2 TBSP butter & sprinkle of salt.

4pm S - 1 boiled egg and hand full of almonds

7pm Dinner
3 oz chicken, 1 Cup mashed Acorn Squash, 1 TBSP butter
3 gulps Almond Milk (right out of the carton!!)
A slice of Logan's Apple with Almond butter on it.

1/15/08 - Thursday (Hungry day! I'm always craving and hungry by thursday...maybe its emotional?)

6:45am -3 fried eggs with buffalo sauce (mistake) - 1/2 banana & half and apple - 2 TBSP almond butter

10am S - Boiled egg and wasabi almonds

I can't remember what I had thursday night but I know an all fruit no sugar added fruit roll up and lots of peanut butter was involved.

yes I feel guilty, but I'd seriously! When I feel guilty for eating too much fruit and peanut butter I think I'm somewhat still on track!

Friday - Same as before 3/1/3/1/3 paleo zone all day. I did break down and eat some dried fruit (WAY TOO MUCH SUGAR ADDED TO IT) and 3 of logan's mini caramel rice cakes. I was starving and tired and weak!

I probably had too many nuts and the non paleo taco meat again.
