Anthony sighs "Alright Al but I think I will go with the others into the saloon so they have someone who knows what can be used you know what I need for materials anyway so I think you can find things with out me, I believe a more important thing to look for might be a place more suitable for sleeping tonight, the saloon might have some beds or at least a place where we can sleep. Sylvia would you like to come with us? We might find something you can make into clothes."

Getting a little frustrated that everyone is trying to split the group in different ways, Sylvia crosses her arms across her stomach and gives everyone a serious look. However, choosing the people for her to continue on with wasn't a very difficult choice. Anthony definitely seems nice enough so far and she really didn't care about where to start looking first, the saloon was good a choice as any, so she walks up to Anthony in silent response to his question and waits to see who else will join, already scrutinizing the saloon for what she could get. |

Al rolls his eyes, not even bothering to tell Anthony that he really has no idea what he'd need. He's a soldier, not a gunsmith, he only ever met with Anthony to make sure his weapons were quality but he had no idea how to soup up bullets. He continues on with Luke to the Sheriff's office and immediately takes stock of the place, looking for signs of a likely weapon stash. Spoiler: click to toggle

Entering the office with Al and Jack, I too look around the room, but searching in general for anything useful. It would be best to leave the weapons searching to the expert. Spoiler: click to toggle

Luke, Al, and Jack decide to go investigate the Sheriff's Office. The door swings open easily, almost welcoming them. The room they enter upon appears to be an office. There is a small desk, covered in dust but otherwise in decent condition, and an old metal safe. There are two doors, one at either side of the room, again, both appear rather sturdy, unlike the previous door encountered. Spoiler: click to toggle Al, Jack, and Luke notice an odd change in the pattern of dust directly under the desk. It's as if the floor under that section is different. Maybe it signifies a hidden panel, or perhaps a trapdoor. Luke, having performed a more general search, happens to glance behind the group for a moment. For just an instant, he thinks he sees a change in the reflection from the window. A man, with an old-style ten-gallon hat. The heat must be getting to him already. Sylvia, Tyson, Anthony, Catarina, and Alyss decide to enter the Saloon. The double doors swing open, clacking closed behind them. For a moment, they can almost imagine that they are entering a bustling hub of relaxation and camaraderie. This notion is dispelled at a glance however. Clearly none of the tables or chairs have been used in years. A thick, caked-on layer of dust attests to that. There's a place for a bartender at one end, behind which lie several old bottles, a few of them broken. A few kegs are visible as well. Strangely, the kegs don't have the same layer of dust as the rest of the building. Edited by UberKryos, Aug 14 2011, 10:38 PM.
