Anthony looks around the room for curtains or some sort of material that has the potential to be clothing "I hope to gain most of your trust in time but for now I believe we should currently focus on finding food, a clean source of water and some clothes when we need to change, as well as finding places to dispose of waste, such as rotten food, and other things. Also the man who tried to go outside is my step-brother Jack Green, he doesn't trust people much due to his anger problems."

Al rolls his eyes at Anthony's words, ignoring him and the rest of the small crowd present to focus on the matter at hand: the door and the crate. Cautiously he crosses the room to the door and stands back-against-the-wall to the right of the frame. "You, kid," he says gruffly, directed at Jack. "Kick the door down. I'll back you up if there's anything on the other side. Trust me." He then turns to the rest of the room. "I don't know who you guys are or why we're here, but there's a big mysterious crate in the room and not much else. Who else wants to find out what's inside?"

Not that he exactly trusts the old man, but to blow off some steam, Jack kicks the shit out'a the door. He felt much better after doing so. |

After Sylvia becomes completely convinced that she’s stayed hidden well enough, she skirts along the walls to get to closer to the suspicious box tucked away into one of the rooms corners. She eyes the box more closely before splitting her attention to some talking going on in the room. After listening to one man talk about using any curtains they found to make new clothes she looks down at her own. She begins to wonder curiously about how she ended up wearing her everyday clothes instead of the clothes that she went to bed in, but is then interrupted after one of the guys prompts a kid to start kicking at the door. She sighs quietly and goes back to her contemplations. As much as she did like her own clothes, having changes didn’t sound like a bad idea. It wasn’t like she knew when she’d be home again; or if she ever would be. As she thought about offering her own help in this, she instinctively backs closer into the wall, but eventually, she manages to find a voice. Just loud enough to be heard, she clears her throat a little and says, “Uhm.. I could..” she pauses, pulling her hood closer to her face and redirecting her gaze to the floor, “I could help make the clothes if we can find anything suitable.” Edited by Sylvia Taven, Aug 13 2011, 11:49 PM.

Upon the older man's request Anthony starts trying to open the crate and says "Luke, would you give me a hand with this?" He takes a moment from trying to open the crate and glances in Sylvia's direction "Thank you, um...why don't you look for materials to make the clothes miss...um...what is your name?" Sylvia takes another glance at the man who called himself Anthony earlier then resumes staring at the crate in front of him. "Um. Sylvie.. Sylvia!" Taking a short breath, she completes, "Sylvia Taven." She gives a short chuckle. "Sorry..." she pauses as she contemplates her next thought. "My uhm.. A couple people called... used to call me Sylvie." She lapses into silence for a little bit, pulling at the top of her hood subconsciously before admitting, "You can call me whichever." |

"Well thank you Sylvia, now why don't you take the other two girls and go look for materials to make clothes? I will tell you what I find in here when it's opened." Anthony smiles a little to try to keep Sylvia calm through the ordeal.

Alyss starts getting ready to go look for the materials needed to make the spare clothes. As she gets up, she notices that she does not have her favorite sword on her persons. "Well that's disappointing," she thinks to herself, "I'll have to make a new one..." Alyss looks at the other girls in the room and thinks now would be a perfect time to introduce herself to everyone. "Hey, my name is Alyss. Alyss Wilder. You probably have heard of me, I did go to the Olympics after all." |

First, looking at Alyss I give a slight bow while saying, "I thought I recognized you. I'm well aware of your accomplishments.. I'm honored to be in your presence." Then, looking at Anthony I respond, "I would love to help you with the crate Anthony. It's just.. Well I'm so weakened from this ordeal. Maybe someone stronger could help? You seem like a man of great intellect.. What if you and I try to make a longer term plan? It looks like we'll be stuck with each other for a while. Clearly something is happening beyond our current scope of understanding."

Catarina walked over to the where Jack was repetitively kicking at the door and stood by him, she stayed silent and watched he others from where she was. After scanning the room for a short while she turned to Jack and said, "So uhm, Im Catarina, Im assuming your Jack, do you think that this door will open any soon, like yu, Id like to get outside." |
